- Initial purchase and payment method verification took a couple tries and some extra time

- Had an issue with their partners (coin swap) which made my first impression a bad one

- Transaction didn't process when I tried to convert the etherum to dogecoin

- Transaction was still waiting when I logged into the app to transfer BTC

- Consistent error message that will keep you from being able to un-stake your crypto AND collect any rewards you’ve gained while your crypto has been staked

- Have had ZERO success on both the mobile app and the desktop app

I'm having an issue with my Guarda wallet app for Android. It repeatedly crashes shortly after to Guarda logo screen. This is on a recently factory reset phone. I've tried clearing the app cache and data with no luck, and even uninstalled and reinstalled with no results. If any insights can be shared, please let me know. Thank you!
