Play before you hand it to your child.
I honestly don't understand why this app received such a high rating. I played this game before letting my children play, and it was a mess. There's at least one interactive ad in between every screen change and while you play there's little interaction with the tool and tooth. The tools are too small to see past my own finger and directions are too vague for children under the age of seven. Your child will eventually get it, but not without adult supervision or a lot of trial and error. There's so many dentist games on the market that are far superior than this.
