Can’t even download the app

I got to the gym ready for my workout that my trainer made me, and I spent 40 minutes trying to download the app and failing. The staff at the front desk also tried and couldn’t download the app, either. Wasted a gym session just trying to get the app downloaded. Still no luck.
Without the app, I can’t access the training plan my trainer set up for me. VLT web login doesn’t work and reset password doesn’t send me an email. Not a good app or web app for Lifetime to rely on if it can’t even do the basics and prevents clients from coming in and getting a workout done. Waste of time and membership.
App closes every few seconds impossible to use

1. It closes itself every few seconds. Couldn’t send them email from the app because it closed several times and starts from scratch. Impossible to use
2. Lots of great workouts but no filter by category or muscles types or machine types. They need to visit other apps like Strong
3. How to prepare a program to repeat. I could only do free style after an hour which can’t be repeated
4. How to name the workout
5. Good start but needs lots of improvement. Developers, please visit and use other apps to make this user friendly
Issue with sync

The app does not sync correctly between your trainer and the trainee app versions. I had my trainer help me with the program and document the exercises. I ended up seeing two of the workout in mine for the same day and it did not allow me to save the right one and lost all data..so this app does not work correctly. Big flaw, better hire a better product manager and quality team
