How to fix KeyTune app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KeyTune app on iPhone
Update KeyTune app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KeyTune iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KeyTune on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KeyTune network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KeyTune Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KeyTune not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KeyTune App
1. On android, goto Settings » KeyTune » click [Force Stop]

Update KeyTune to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KeyTune App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KeyTune » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KeyTune.

Fix KeyTune unable to contact server/ KeyTune internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KeyTune » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KeyTune » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KeyTune
