So ive only had HyerJobSearch for a few weeks now and it keeps sending job opportunities but when i click on them they are filled. Havent been able to make any money because they send jobs that im not able to do during the week due to my m-f job then. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a m-f job. I get the notifications and click on them instantly but they are “filled” waste of time lbs.

You pay 10$ for a background check and because you don’t have any reviews you don’t get booked for any of the jobs you apply for. I’ve had HyerJobSearch for months now, I’ve written out my job experience and applied for jobs and I’ve never booked one. I even linked my LinkedIn resume.
The last job I applied for was 30 mins away from my house , I applied for it 5 or 6 hours before the job started , they didn’t even let me know, the time just passed and the job was deleted. It was a waste of time and a waste of 10$. So just know you’re not guaranteed to book a job on Hyer ever , but they will take $10 from you guaranteed.

At first, I would have rated HyerJobSearch 4-5 stars, but based on the finding of my past....I am blown away that my past is being judge by someone! This is a world of equality. This is a country of second chances and freedom. My past is my past and I am not that person. I failed my background check with these guys and have not been provided with the opportunity to give reasons why. The last time I checked, one cannot change the past but make a better tomorrow. MY PASG DOES NOT DEFINE WHO I AM!!! this is most definitely unpleasing and will be filing a discrimination law suit against Hyer. This is unacceptable!

If you don’t do something for certain of an employer they’ll leave a bad review and cause you to get locked out for 7 days at first. Doesn’t even tell you what you did wrong you just get flagged or deactivated for no reason. App purely doesn’t show interest in the worker. I have to email every other week just to unlock my 5 star account with over 50+ jobs done. Like fix the penalty system ASAP. Whole app in general is a rip off! Underpaying people for their time and effort. Hyer support team is terrible too they never respond on time and never solve any issues. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON HyerJobSearch!!!

Hi. I’m very disappointed in HyerJobSearch. I filled out every form, put all my account info in and failed my background check for something from 13 years ago which doesn’t affect any of the jobs offered. I’ve worked at several of the places and I’m now being discriminated against after spending my money. You should tell people their record has to be squeeky clean or you’ll just be spending you last $20 to look like a fool. I haven’t had any trouble in 13 years . This has to be a scam. Please give me my last $20 back. Thank you.

I’ve been waiting for about 2-3 weeks for my background check to clear I’ve been trying to contact them everyday for a week and a half now but barely get a response nobody from there team has reached out to me in regards to my background check clearing since I emailed them a week ago and they told me it would’ve been cleared sometime today or yesterday I’m still waiting for it to clear and you can’t work without this step being finished

It’s very easy to get blackballed within using HyerJobSearch due to the fact that the clients love to overwork and underpay you for your tasks. Especially because most of these companies have a very low turnover rate with their own workers and expect you to work more for less. In these situations most people leave or work and follow through like I did and aren’t ever scheduled again when speaking on the subject. I’ve worked multiple locations there’s definitely something wrong there be careful.

There are no jobs. I’ve been back and forth on HyerJobSearch for months literally and haven’t been able to find any jobs! I heard about HyerJobSearch from a Meijer employee but man you guys really don’t live up towards the hype which is unfortunate I’ve already spent $5 for a background check for literally nothing. You’re so much better off applying for a actual job. Very very very disappointed do better!

HyerJobSearch started off amazing, lots of jobs available, multiple locations. This is great for a side thing… bad side of app, some stores will have you do multiple jobs and may or may not pay you even when task is complete,(I was cheered out of over 200 dollars from managers saying jobs was not done, when they where) Hyer will never do an investigations, nor will they communicate with you, customer service, managers, no one will ever be available to assist you. Some stores you will need to stay away from because of professionalism but you will learn as you go. I’ve been with company going on year two and I’ve watched them go from caring and communicating with us to just wanting the clients happy rather they cheat or abuse us. I’m hoping this company enforce the rules to the clients and start treating us better again, but if nothing change soon I’ll go back to tempt service… so be very careful with HyerJobSearch and Count your money they will steal from you….

Hyer could open up to much more better paying opportunities for the Cincinnati Ohio regional areas. Although we from the Cincinnati regional areas must travel up to 33-45 miles one way for work seems somewhat unfair. But We must do what we have to do.. some of the jobs were OK.. but during these trying hard times like inflation ect…right now, people are looking for something better of a work environment thus no longer good pay but in order to feed you and your family YOU NEED GREAT PAY! :)
I can’t confirm there are a ton of jobs if you are near Tip city Ohio but on the contrary most of us that are on HyerJobSearch or within the regional area of Cincinnati, Fairfield, Butler and Hamilton county areas of Ohio.
it would be nice to be able to have some jobs in our areas like you do in tip city Ohio.. wow tip city Ohio is like an hour and a half away from the Cincinnati regional area. Ijs.

This is a GREAT idea and will be awesome help for a lot of people, but the problem is that there simply aren’t enough jobs available yet. HyerJobSearch is fairly young so I’m giving it a pass, but I think it would be a good idea to reach out and get more companies in, so the users have more options for work, because as of right now that’s the thing keeping me from using it.

Basically the title! I have had no issues using HyerJobSearch and everything you need to know about customers, job descriptions, etc. are easy to navigate. The only thing that keeps HyerJobSearch from being 5 stars is the inability to mark all notifications as read. I get dozens of notifications everyday and don't have the time to open everyone up individually. Please add a marked all as read function!

It’s a great app and great to raise quick cash on the side. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch with customers. I believe if HyerJobSearch added messenger it would make life easier. that way we can contact customers before getting scheduled

This easy to use app offers simple one-time jobs, that pays in a week. You will need to do a background check, but you can start applying to job the moment it comes back. Only downside is you have to be quick to apply or the job will be gone 😜
