Hello, I have two DIABNEXT devices that I used until recently to track and record the insulin doses I injected. For several weeks now, the application has not been working and I am unable to load the updated application because it is not available in the geographical area in which I am located. I am in Belgium. Can you tell me how to solve my problem and be able to continue to use my two devices? Thank you in advance. Marc De Leenheer
