How to fix Filto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Filto app on iPhone
Update Filto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Filto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Filto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Filto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Filto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Filto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Filto App
1. On android, goto Settings » Filto » click [Force Stop]

Update Filto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Filto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Filto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Filto.

Fix Filto unable to contact server/ Filto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Filto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Filto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Filto
