In theory this would be a great app for the work we do. Unfortunately between the crashes, freezes, kicking us out and overall not identifying products
If I could give it less than one star I would.
Slow. Prone to kicking you out of app mid task. Cannot identify simple products. Picks up too many items in neighboring sections. Makes the job take twice as long as it should and that’s being lenient.
Every time I get an update for “bug fixes” it gets worse. And thats the best I can say about StoreIntelligence. If you have to use it, good luck.
StoreIntelligence is so slow and can’t get work done in a timely manner with it.
StoreIntelligence is a broken Pre-Alpha mess. All of its features don’t work.
Try to use the barcode scanner…StoreIntelligence crashes.
Try to upload a photo…StoreIntelligence freezes or takes 25 minutes to process it.
Try to find identify an item your photographing….StoreIntelligence can’t tell the difference between a bottle and a shelf.
Try to call apps customer service to get problem work arounds…..get told they can’t do anything without approval from the company owner.
Every time I open StoreIntelligence it keeps telling me that I need to update but it is already updated and I uninstalled and reinstalled it and same issue!! So annoying I use this for work!!
Since the last iOS update StoreIntelligence keeps shutting down in the middle of scanning. It makes the job harder to do.

I think StoreIntelligence is good but what I don’t like about it is that as I’m doing my work taking pics through StoreIntelligence , it uses storage space until there’s no storage room left on my phone . In the middle of my work, I have to delete StoreIntelligence to clear up space & then redownload it to continue my work. One time it deleted everything I had already done , looking like I didn’t complete my work. I have an iPhone. It is very frustrating.
Application has its good days and its bad days. The IT department needs to do testing at times when nobody is using the program, and also need to sync both IOS and Android platforms accurately. Stop beta testing when people are in the field using it. We have team leads and data collectors that can’t complete their work properly because of bad coding tactics, and code that isn’t finished properly put out into production. This would be an optimal program if the developers would actually make it work right.
StoreIntelligence is very useful. Most of the bad reviews are from users that simply don’t know how to use StoreIntelligence properly or have poor internet connection. I have used StoreIntelligence for years and yes on occasion there is a slight issue but doesn’t every app have that from time to time. More often than not it is nothing more than a bad or spotty
internet connection.
StoreIntelligence is very helpful. It makes my life a lot easier.
