FirstLoveStory YAOI YURI OTOME Reviews

First off, this puts every gacha game to shame with how much it tries to force you into spending your money on it, by limiting your reading of these stories to about 6 (incredibly short) chapters a day if you don’t break out your wallet to buy diamonds. And on top of that, sometimes you can’t even do that without using all of your diamonds to raise your “trust” to arbitrary levels to proceed in the story.

This would be forgiveable if the story was at least satisfying. The one route I’ve played (Chitose & Akira) is probably one of the worst things I’ve read. There’s no development, Your choices don’t matter, I’ve been forced into this side romance with a literal faceless male character no matter how many negative choices I make for almost 2 whole chapters, I just want this to end. If I wanted to read a story about girls being “good friends” I’d read a slice of life manga.

I got about halfway through chapter 2 and had to quit. I played Sou’s story, and his character is openly manipulative and takes pride in pretending to be kind to others to gain their favor. Those are terrible qualities, I can’t relate to him at all. In addition, you only get through about three lines of dialogue before being sent back to the home screen to click “next story” and continue. It’s very disruptive and prevents you from actually enjoying the story. In order to continue the story you have to have gems, which you either buy or watch ads for (three ads for one gem). A total rip off. Don’t waste your time.

I wanted to like the game because it’s cute and the story looks fun. That said, the sections you get for each “ticket” or whatever are ridiculously short. On top of that the choices you make almost always don’t actually matter because the character ends up picking the option you didn’t take. Oh, and the “tickets” for each section take FOUR HOURS to replenish. I’m not waiting 4 hours to read maybe 10 lines of dialogue. Gems are overpriced and I can already see this would turn into a money sink if I really wanted to play. Not gonna spend a dime on this though, because if I want to read a cute story in which I have no actual say in terms of choice or altering the story then I can just buy a manga or a book.

First of all, you only get 5 chapters a day which you get through in about 2 minutes. Second of all, the game gives you these bull crap “missions” which require you to raise your “trust” to continue reading the chapters which on their own are already INCREDIBLY SHORT. You’re also forced to raise your “favorable impression” with gems if you haven’t picked the right options in the story. If you don’t do this, you won’t get the “good” ending. I still have this game, and I’ll continue to play it, but only because of one thing: this is the ONLY game I’ve found on the AppStore which allows two girls to date. I appreciate that, but that’s about all I like about FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME. If you’re just looking for a good otome game, don’t bother. Look elsewhere.

I made the mistake of spending money on this. Now I'm at a part of the story where I didn't have enough good impression points to proceed with the happy ending even though I'm closer to having the amount than just the 600 needed for the regular ending. There aren't really much visual enjoyment to be had, you don't get images of cute moments, the backgrounds are so cheap like copy paste of some public domain photo or illustration. I didn't give this one star because I was sorta enjoying the story but so little happened in each part of a chapter that it felt like you barely got anything and then you either pay for more of the story or you wait a day or you watch ads for gems. You still have to watch ads after each little story or you can pay to remove the ads... It's all so tedious... I'm at the point where I'd pretty much have to pay to get 9 gems to get the good ending and I'm not willing to wait 9 days and watch 3 ads a day for one gem each day and I'm also not willing to buy 9 gems so I'm done with this game.

It’s cute so far, and I like how the game offers multiple different pairing options. The only relationship that rubs me the wrong way at the moment (keep in mind that I’ve barely made a dent in the main stories) is the one between the teacher and his student. That’s just.. no. Other than that, though, I have been enjoying the story and event chapters. The cool down time seems a bit long, but I’m a busy person, so that might not affect me as much. I really hope that more games offer route variation like this in the future.
Edit: I don’t know what happened, but the game suddenly doesn’t want to load. It was working just fine earlier this morning, but now it either doesn’t want to load or just freezes. I’m not sure of how to fix this. It’ll be pretty annoying if I have to start from scratch because of bugs (especially since I was already being pretty patient with the wait time).

I actually enjoy FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME, however I think that each story is WAY too short. You only get to read five short stories a day and sometimes they don’t add anything to the storyline. You can use gems to read more stories but getting them is hard. Gems are valuable in this game. The only way to get gems are to watch a limited amount of ads, login daily, and buy them it’s expensive!! Once you get gems you have to save them keeping in mind that another “mission” will pop up after your story. If you don’t have enough gems to continue on the good route, you can wait a couple days to read the next five stories or you can continue onto the normal route. It’s just ridiculous. At least let me read a decent amount of stories.
As for the art work, it is very plain. I would say they drew a few backgrounds and pasted them throughout the story. You do get to see cute drawings among the characters but it’s kind of rare. The characters are drawn out well but that’s pretty much it. Just looks like a lazy job to me.
The story lines are good, I’ll give them that but you don’t get much of a choice for the mc’s actions. When they ask “what should I do?”, you get two options but it always turns out the same way. You pick the right one and the mc does it without question. You pick the other option and mc thinks about it, decides it’s not a good idea, and does the option you didn’t pick.

I bought gems but they seem to no come in... i refreshed my page and yeah still had 0. So i dont know if there is a problem with the game or they just scamming people... well i hope you guys fix that and i also saw some other reviews and some of them also didn’t get their gems. I hope the others and i can get our gems. Please fix it as soon as possible. If this was just all supposed to be a scam. Then thats so messed up. But on the bright side I actually love the game, the strog is actually realistic instead of impossible wise so thats a goo thing about it!

This game is pretty good and it is fun but it is also very hard to play. You can only read 5 chapters a day and the chapters are VERY short. To be able to read more chapters than 5, you have to use gems. On the game, gems are super hard to earn. You have to watch limited ads for them or pay for them (they are expensive). I hate whenever I have to gain trust to continue my story because it’s very hard to gain trust with little diamonds. This game is very good but it can be better. It could be better by making the diamonds easier to get, making more than 5 chapters a day, making the chapters longer, and by taking away the certain trust thing. Also, whenever I choose a certain response, the response that I choose leads to the other response that could have been chosen. So that also needs to be fixed. Overall, the art is amazing and it worth playing the game for. The same background is used in every story though.

I really wanted to like this game but FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME is very clunky. The watch ads for diamonds is broken and won’t let me exit out the ad when it’s finished so I have to close FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME and guess what that means that the ad I watched doesn’t count. The main story is interesting so far but the side story event is very harsh with trust missions every episode almost and the asahi and chitose side story route is just very boring and I fear the rest of them will be like that with a mission after three lines. I’m ok with paying to read a story but I hate these meaningless micro transactions for a stupid mechanic like “trust” mission.

Love the game. The stories are cute, the pairings as well. Even the characters themselves are likeable. What’s ruining the game for me right now are the glitches.
1. Right off the bat as soon as you open the game it takes FOREVER to load. Sometimes I’ll have to force close and restart FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME to get the loading bar moving.
2. Sometimes I’ll finish a Section and when I go to read the next one, it’ll be the same one. It gets to be a huge disappointment when you end up reading the same section 3 times in a row, wasting 3/5 of your daily story tickets.
3. When I watch the three videos for free diamond, sometimes it won’t reward me so I’ll end up with 2/3 pieces even though I watched 3 ads there’s no option to just simply watch another ad to make up for it because you’re restricted to 3 ads every 12 hours for the diamond pieces.

Honestly this game is super cute and I’m recalling loving the stories, of it wasn’t for these little things causing such a big problem for me I’d give the game 5 stars no problem :((((

Okay so I’m on Asahi and Sou’s route and I just gotta say, the plot is A M A Z I N G. The story is really good so far but I think it’s unnecessary to have missions;; you either have to wait for the stamina or waste your gems which people usually save it for the story..also my game is bugged where when it reaches 100% it won’t even load in..i might have to wait it out but usually it takes like 2 seconds to load in, and the stories are pretty short considering you only have 5 story tickets to begin with each 5am/day, but I LOVE this game so far and I would like more updates and etc ^^

I’m obsessed with the story line of this game like most like all the chapters,choices, and decision games I’ve played (almost all) there is always problems with the wait on keys or books or energy and those things I really don’t like it here I promise you if you lower the wait to at the most 1 or 2 hours instead of 11 u would have millions of new players I know it’s hard to adjust games like this but it will help please take this into consideration
Overall well put together game love it

First off, I want to start off by saying this game is pretty fun. You get 5 stories a day, which I think is fair for the most part. The only thing I don’t exactly like about this game are the missions. The missions always annoy me. I don’t like spending money on games, so I don’t, but the missions pop up mostly every single day. At first, the missions aren’t too hard, but if you keep playing, they get harder and harder. Also, another thing to point out, whenever something interesting happens in the game a mission pops up! Saying you have to complete it before going on with the story. Of course, I love playing this game, but the missions do get annoying. Do I recommend FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME? Yes, but just remember the missions can get VERY annoying.

It’s a really great game! I love Asahi and Sou, but here’s the issue. I was fine with how often ye missions come until I needed favorable points... I needed a total of 18 gems besides the one I had converted into the points and it took me so many days! I love the game and all, but I even gave up on trying to continue the story and was going to delete the game and put a bad review because of this issue :( I did however continue it because I had nothing else to play! I love the game as I said, but please fix these!

I’ve been into yaoi recently, and I really enjoyed the story of Sou and Asahi. I also really like the overall design of Asahi. This story was a great story, I feel like there should have been more after the happy ending. I read some of the side stories too. It was a bit aggravating to have to gain favorable impression to do the happy routes, or sometimes stressful to have to wait for more story passes. The chapters are really short.

I still loved the story, and I’d definitely recommend FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME to people.

I really love the game so much and it's great.. But the thing is. Just earlier today, I pressed FirstLoveStoryYAOIYURIOTOME and the start button. The loading finished but then there is a pop-up saying "Could not initialize store information. After checking the network status, please tap the following buttons." I checked, turned my wifi on and off, and reset my network settings. But it is still there. Help me fix that problem please. Thank u.

The game has really good plot and have different routes for your different interest such as yaoi, yuri, and a normal romance story but there is just one flaw the story tickets thing requires gems to buy and you can only get 1 free gem every 12 hours after watching 3 ads so a improvement this game could have is to make the story ticket system regenerate on their own after a shorter amount of time than 12 hours

I downloaded this game about a week ago and I’m absolutely hooked! But unfortunately it takes a very long time to load. I waited about 10 min and it still didn’t open. Other then that it’s amazing, I especially like it because u don’t need to use extra hearts or gems to choose a reply in the story. So as long as u r patient, this is the game for u. But to the creators can maybe plz see if there is anything u can do to make it faster, thx!

I started today and I’m intrigued. It’s awesome and if you’re looking for a cute game to play this is the one. Just a few suggestions to the developers...

I was thinking this while I was looking at the different routes you could take. Why not have a route for Asahi and Akira or Sou and Chitose? That would be incredibly cute. I hope you take my idea into consideration! Overall the game is really fun.
