This is the only mainstream bank that does not have this app. I am a global traveler and need it. BMO needs to move to the new century. Even my credit unions have it. Most banks allow you to transfer $ between US and Canadian accounts. The new verification that must be performed EVERY time you sign on must be processed on a lap top. Really???? It won’t work with my US phone number as a text message. System is very antiquated and I am a 70+ year old. So if that is old to me, you will be losing younger customers fast! Need to get with the times.

This software is the worst! Multiple attempts and kicked out. Went into branch for help and they had no idea how to help. I was told this happens a lot since the transition. Desktop or phone doesn’t matter. No one by phone, online or in person can help. I don’t care if “it happens”. That is your problem, not mine!

Buggy, complex, prone to shutting you out of your account forcing you to call the bank every time you have an issue... impossible to use if you don’t have access to both your computer and your phone.
so secure even legitimate users can’t access their account!
