2 years agoМатериалы защищены и требует 2х ступенчатой подтверждения личности! 1 - с помощью мыла - я прошла! 2 - с помощью получения кода через смс! Не дает пройти авторизацию с телефона -пишет, что номер телефона неверный и, соответственно, не присылает код подтверждения! Как решить эту проблему

3 years agoНе открывается ни один курс на платформе. В какой-то момент стал выдавать ошибку сервера. Начала слушать один из вебинаров - первые 30 минут все было в порядке, а потом начало виснуть и в итоге вообще не грузится и не подключается.

3 years agoHello, I added GetCourse to the Chatium app and all my previous classes are disappeared. I am not able to open them. It asks me to confirm my email, after verifying my email it supposed to send pin code. Waiting for pin code since yesterday. Please help, I need to send my homework ASAP.

Really bad
I buy some webinars from Russian coaches and they use this platform for them. The app is not user friendly at all. It Keeps crushing constantly. The app doesn’t remember where I paused and I have to take screen shots to remember the time point to return to. They really need to work on it or coaches need to find the alternative. I’m at the point if coaches will have their webinar on this platform —I won’t buy their product, because it wasted too much of my time , energy and effort.

Terrible app
If I pause a video, it doesn’t start playing. I have to turn the app off snd restart the video again. It also doesn’t remember where I stopped/paused. So it starts all over again. I have to remember time where I paused. In one word awful!

Do not trust this app!
No one can help you if lessons from the certain courses is not loading. How am I supposed to watch video lessons and learn if your app is not working?! Waist of money!
