How to fix GolTV PLAY app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GolTV PLAY app on iPhone
Update GolTV PLAY app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GolTV PLAY iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GolTV PLAY on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GolTV PLAY network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GolTV PLAY Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GolTV PLAY not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GolTV PLAY App
1. On android, goto Settings » GolTV PLAY » click [Force Stop]

Update GolTV PLAY to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GolTV PLAY App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GolTV PLAY » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GolTV PLAY.

Fix GolTV PLAY unable to contact server/ GolTV PLAY internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GolTV PLAY » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GolTV PLAY » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GolTV PLAY
