Really disappointed four year old who was enjoying the game, only to discover you have to download a 2nd app to continue building after the foundation is laid. From what I could see, you actually couldn’t finish building the house without paying for the full game so didn’t bother downloading the other game. To the developers - if this is a kids game listed as free, at least leave one thing unlocked so a kid can actually play! Disappointing children is NOT cool.
I've had this game on my phone for nearly 5 years or more. Severely frustrated that I paid nearly $100 for the extra levels that my kids could never play nor be able to use on their iPads even though I have family sharing on. Kids loved the levels they could play. But why spend $100 for no reason for 5 years? Now I kind of want my money back.
Bought TractorGame early on when there were only a couple home to build. Initially could pay $1.99 or $2.99 or $8.99 for the developers. I forgot which one I picked but it unlocked building the entire first red house and then after a couple weeks it no longer worked and it went back to being locked. This of course was super upsetting to my 4 year old and then made me not want to pay any further for TractorGame since I expect what I paid to be available and not to be revoked.
My son loved this game. So i went ahead and bought the full version for $24 so that he could play them all. Now he goes to play it and a bunch of them are locked and it says we have to purchase. We also have some levels that say we can play for free if we download the newest game. We downloaded it and the levels still don’t work. It’s frustrating.
My son loved this game so I bought the annual subscription and now the sound doesn’t work. Please fix this, it’s really disappointing.
UPDATE: I deleted and redownloaded. Now it doesn’t recognize the subscription I purchased. I used restore purchases but nothing. So I have no access to the content I paid for.
My son loved this but when we tried to subscribe nothing worked it just froze over and over. I don’t think they keep up with TractorGame . We eventually got through.
My son LOVES this game. We subscribed for several months but decided to stop because despite paying monthly, new buildings, vehicles etc. aren’t released monthly. I would rather buy building or house packs then waste money on a monthly subscription that rarely updates.
My 4yo is having a blast so I went ahead and paid for the first month figuring it would be fun for at least that long for him, but as many other users have stated, the sound just doesn't work. I guess I should have made sure it was working properly before I subscribed. The sound works just fine on my phone, but I kind of need my phone! Luckily the little guy wants to play on the iPad even without it.
Please fix this! He's having so much fun and I know sound would make it even better.
I want to buy the game to unlock the other level for my 3 year old (HE LOVES THIS GAME). But when it's connected to wifi, it kicks us off the game and brings it back to his iPad home screen. Please fix so I can upgrade for him.
My 2 year old nephew loves playing it well did till he finished all the activities. That’s Been over a month. He keeps going in to and what’s do the coming Soon. I thick that I’m paying for hem to play this game it’s to be opened I’ve done the update for the game and still coming soon. That’s way I’m Giving it 4 stars.
My 5 yr old loves this game, but there has been a Coming Soon sign on the next level (a well) for at least 3 months now. If you are going to charge Subscription charges, there need to be new levels added regularly. I’ll have to unsubscribe if nothing new is added. It really is a great game, it just needs to be maintained better. Thank you!
I purchased a year’s subscription for my grandson to use on each of two devices. Full access was not provided on either device. Only one level was available. I see no way to arrange for a refund, and the developer sent an impolite email requesting that I change my review. I will not lie in a review.
We did not need TractorGame anymore but after playing for 1 year we tried to delete it but all it did was go off the home page! It’s not letting us delete at all we have been trying and trying but it won’t delete! Please fix this😡
My nephew got through the free part and when he got to the upgrade section it says buy coffee for developers $0.99, paint for the illustrator $2.99, and sweets for testers $8.99. I purchased all three upgrades and he only got to build the house and didn’t get the other two. Please refund asap.
My son loves TractorGame but when I purchased a month subscription the to unlock all of the additional pages, it didn’t work. The lock symbol disappeared but they are still shaded out and he can’t use them. So I paid for nothing basically. Is there a way to fix this?!
So I know this is a kids game but it’s the best so I decided to tell my uncles kids. one is 5 and other is 4 and I’m 11 I still play it because I love building and it’s so fun! I love this game! So please make a update! ❤️❤️❤️! By the way this game is perfect for all ages!!!
My grandson loved this game before I upgraded it to a yearly subscription. After that sound in the game disappeared... I tried to update it, I checked settings and it’s still no sound. He doesn’t like to play in this anymore. Can I have refund than. I would rate it 5 stars but I cannot because this is technical issues that developer has to address.
This game has helped my son with puzzles but again it has no sound and he loves the sounds it keeps his attention will rate 5 stars once the sound has been fixed. And the sound has been fixed thank you!!!!
I had high hopes for TractorGame because my 2 1/2 year old grandson loves trucks and building. And the concept is creative. But the continual need to refuel each truck and then wash it is quite repetitious. I thought it was just me, but my grandson was bored before the house was finished with the car wash part and the gas station. Especially pumping the gas over and over to fill each truck before it can go to work. TractorGame should stick with the house building.
Purchased on my iPad & my grandson has been able to play on iPhone & iPad for some time. He really enjoys playing it. Now TractorGame won’t open on my iPhone & says “app is no longer shared”. That’s BS since I purchased it & should be able to play on both my iPad & my iPhone. Since TractorGame won’t open on my iPhone I have no option to ‘restore purchases’. Won’t purchase any apps from this publisher in the future unless this is fixed.
