Won’t load on my ipad

Downloaded for the juice wrld concert and this piece of trash couldn’t even last 30 second without crashing. If by some miracle I did get to the “watch now” part it would tell me to start 30 day free trial. Then would say I already started the trial, and not let me watch.

I go to StreamLIVEMusicEvents ready to watch my favorite rapper (Juice WRLD) and StreamLIVEMusicEvents logs me out and doesn’t let me in. I’ve been trying for the past 16 minutes and I’m furious. This is the only chance I will ever get to see Juice live and your trash app messed it up. FIX YOUR APP

I downloaded this for juice wrld. DIDTN EVEN GET TO SEE HIM LIVE. FIRST StreamLIVEMusicEvents started crashing. THEN got it to work but only to tell me I needed a subscription...which I SIGNED up for and then I contacted their support and the message wouldn’t go through. Sorry, but this doesn’t work.

They Took my card for a free trial, now won’t let me cancel my subscription and keep charging me.

No emails, no return messages on social. Sketchy.

The Stream Live app is very user friendly and is a great source of entertainment. They provide content from a wide variety of musical artists and in addition the team is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
