Downloaded. Tried to create a new acct but gave me a message to use existing acct. tried my credentials for access to water bill but that didn’t work. Called the city for support. They told me to use CityofCarrollton store to contact the dev team. Tried that but the screens that came up were not centered on my iphone SE screen & were unusable. I have no idea if my problem report was submitted or not. Epic fail Carrollton.
