OnMyWay: Drive Safe, Get Paid Reviews

As I was reading the 5 star reviews I thought hey maybe I’ll give it a shot but then I realized every “bad” comment this apps gotten the creator simply says it’s fake and from a competitor so that right there says a lot because most people would take criticism especially while trying to sell a product much more professional and me as a potential customer/member it doesn’t look really good. anyways I say fake advertisement because I signed up to get the $100 and if you read it says you can qualify to get the money sent to your Venmo or PayPal but no where on OnMyWay does it come up for me to be able to get my money sent to my Venmo. It also seems like you have to do a lot more then just “drive safe” to be able to redeem this money. I was reading the reviews about submitting videos? That defeats the whole purpose of “getting paid to drive safe”

I love using OnMyWay! Something that is socially conscious and that has rewards??? Sounds like a good deal to me! Texting and driving is an issue that is so important and needs to be a bigger movement as it causes so many horrible accidents every day. I think that to have an app on your phone that reminds you every day to keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel is amazing!! And as someone who drives often, it is nice to know that I am gaining this app cash and contributing to saving lives. I don’t feel like driving is a waste of time anymore because I know I am doing something great and getting rewarded for it too!!

this app is the best app that I have used thus far. It helps me stay off my phone and refrain from answering text messages, checking social media channels, and going on the Internet while I am behind the wheel / on the road with other pedestrians. Rewards and discounts available on OnMyWay are unmatched. I have redeemed all the restaurant deals as well as two product deals and am so happy with what i’ve gotten. The luxury hotel brand sheets are smooth as butter and such an amazing deal for the price & the activewear set is made of such great material. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thank you this app! Saving lives while being rewarded what is better.

I’m glad I took a chance to start using OnMyWay and I’ve been sharing it with my love ones hopefully we all save lives on these roads I know it’s very important to put your cell phone to rest while driving or At least put it on a windshield carrier and out of our hands with this wonderful this app app you earn while saving lives plus giving perks I’m use to putting up my cell this just makes me want to do it quicker I listen to music while driving and keeping cell phone closed period those who work for this app are on point saving lives

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I could honestly say it is one of the easiest apps to use and earn passive income. They are always coming up with new deals. It doesn’t require a great deal of effort and you normally see a payout in about 24-48 hours. Anytime there are issues the support team responds quickly to resolve them. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a way to make some side cash.

this app is quick to pay out rebates for gas and dining. It's usually about 3 days from submitting an offer to the cash depositing to my bank account. I love how simple this process is. Service agents are also prompt with responses and are polite and knowledgeable answering any questions. Just knowing I have OnMyWay has helped me reach for my phone less often in the car.

I use OnMyWay all the time! Focusing on safe driving is super important as people drive while texting/talking on the phone this is giving you rewards for not doing that. The rewards are also amazing I get money back on gas, dominos, local shopping and they Venmo the money so you aren’t giving any banking info!

It’s unbelievable at the junk that was sent to me as supposedly really nice costume jewelry. Then I ordered some glasses that you could purchase for $5 at a dollar store.
For the last time I ordered the back pack and it is nice but I paid as much and even more for what I could have purchased online, in reality it didn’t matter if I used points from OnMyWay or not! I hope I explained it well enough to let you know don’t get your expectations to high because you are sitting yourself up for a let down.

I just downloaded OnMyWay because I don’t look at my phone while driving. Thought it would be a good way to earn rewards while keeping safe.

I am older and do not take videos to post to social media. Why is this a thing? Why can’t we just earn rewards for doing the right thing and not have to post anything? I would be more than happy to refer people but social media is full of stupid videos. Why add more and tempt drivers with more video distractions?

OnMyWay is amazing and had a few glitches in the past, but all have been repaired. It’s easy to use and I’ve shared it with family members who agree. Not to mention, the great payout from the sponsors! Thanks this app!

I love how On My Way keeps me accountable and safe on the road. Having an incentive to not text while I’m driving helps to keep me, my family and other’s on the road safe. I love OnMyWay!!

This sounds like a great app but while trying to initially sign up for my membership it won’t let me open. It asked me if I would allow it to track my activity and I clicked yes but nothing ever happens after that. I went to my settings but couldn’t find anything in there that would keep OnMyWay from working. Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

Do not buy OnMyWay… the “cash” that is accumulated from OnMyWay can only be used to buy gift cards, and the gift cards are for - let’s say EarBuds. The gift card is $40 off an $80 pair of Earbuds, but realistically the price of the earbuds would always be $40. It’s a placebo scam for their own below-par products. So please don’t waste your time downloading, and don’t give OnMyWay unnecessary access to your phone.

I absolutely love OnMyWay! I love that they continue to add new things for us to use. The support team is also great and super responsive if you have any questions or concerns!

Items are priced up high and then the discount you make in their cash makes the item regular price , in some cases the item is still higher than regular price , look up all items on good gel and compare price they want after their discount . You will see that I am right . Math and numbers don’t lie .

So your driving safe for no incentive . I’m good .

OnMyWay is a joke. You don’t earn any money. You earn the ability to buy junk products that they advertise. Then you have to buy them yourself and then get reimbursed. I accidentally clicked on something and it deducted $125 from my balance. I’d be more upset if it was actual monetary value. Deleted.

I’m kinda mad because I downloaded OnMyWay as did everyone else because the key words GET PAID TO DRIVE SAFE. I have earned OVER $100 that would be extremely helpful to me at the moment and I CANT have it because there are no options to cash out your earnings. What kind of crap is that?! First you wanted bank account info, I gave you bank account info. Then you say we are updating so that PayPal and Venmo can be an option to cash out. Your people who are in charge of emails can’t answer the questions about where is our money because you probably never planned on paying out to begin with. I’m highly disappointed because I’m not in the business of scammin people. I want the money I earned deposited to my PayPal account because this is bull.

I have earned over $300 and still not able to cash out via PayPal or Venmo. I don’t want cash back offers I want the money. On top of that you leave the same offers on here for months at a time. Give the cash back option with out needing the 50 referrals. Give the cash back option for people who have at least $10 to cash out with cause this is straight garbage.

Sounds great BUT I have NOT gotten my cash reward through VENMO CARD at all! I have $68 plus on the on my way cash! IT SAYS CASH REWARD through this same card! It needs to be rectified as such! I love earning cash for safe driving AS LONG AS IT IS PAID OUT through the Venmo card or pay pal! I am VERY UPSET as to how you have this set up!!! It is misleading to say the least! I have been watching the rewards and the shell card is ALWAYS sold out. You need to pay rewards directly to Venmo card or pay pal. Thank you.

NEW update as of December 8, 2019! I just tried buying stuff from AVON through OnMyWay and unable to do so! Very irritated!!

January 4, 2020. New update on my situation! I unlock the 2nd deal BUT NEVER GOT MY MONEY!!!! OnMyWay is NOT worth it for me since we DON’T get paid line you said we would!!!

OnMyWay idea itself is amazing. We need to drive safer so why not be offered money to do so? When I joined in October there were countless amazing offers from gas cards, to useful gift cards. However once those were quickly used up they vanished and nothing has come to replace them. 2 new stores have recently been added but they aren’t stores that many people care about, nor need. To receive $250 you have to refer 250 people. They changed this from the original 50. To earn $1000 you have to have 10,000 added up which they also changed from 1000. I find that all to me very misleading as when I joined it looked too good to be true. Clearly it was. It’s still a great app to keep around in hopes that I’ll be able to cash in this $300+ percent I have sitting in there.. someday.

They don’t answer any customer service emails you send and the gift cards are trash. So far I’ve collected 240 dollars that I can’t redeem, you either need to refer 250 ppl to get 250 dollars or collect 10,000 dollars to get a 1000 dollars or send 50 referrals and get 5,000 dollars in miles to claim 500 dollars and I’ve had OnMyWay for about 5 months now. The gift cards when I first got OnMyWay showed up for gas stations which seemed pretty good but they were always claimed before you could even bother to get them when you make enough money in miles to claim them. Now there’s some random Jordan lash gift card on there and some retailer called Hollywood sensation, both completely useless to me. OnMyWay just seems to string you along without many payable options for tracking your location and collecting personal information from your drivers license.

I started OnMyWay because of a friend and I even encouraged others to get it because of the “possible” rewards that are promised. I’ve had OnMyWay for 5+ months and I have $600 saved up now and I can’t even cash out. I even invited 20ish people to get OnMyWay but still, I HAVEN’T been able to cash out OR get any marathon deals with my time, they started with gas cards, but I haven’t seen a new gift card in months especially one that’s worth my time.

As another review said, “I’m not in the business of scamming people” so me inviting 20+ people to OnMyWay that can’t even cash out themselves is unfair to both of us according to what OnMyWay “promises.” Take care of your app and start giving back to the people please, I’m starting to lose patience and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

It’s a great app. Not only to show how far I drive everyday but when I have the on my way cash sitting there not doing anything but I see it add up. Some of the deals are kinda crazy that even with the on my way cash it’s still not the best. When I first started you had the gas card and stuff. That was awesome. If there was a way to work those out again that would be even better. Especially for people who drive a lot or for upcoming trips. Otherwise it’s great but some more options would be nice.

OnMyWay says it will pay you for your safe driving.... yet no one has been paid! They take all of your data, which they are probably making money from, and give nothing in return. Everyone is watching their money bank go up and up, but will never get any money! False promises! A lot of people that I referred have already deleted OnMyWay because it is not doing what it says it will do.... pay for safe driving. They also constantly send push notifications if you don’t have it set to “can use my location at all times” it won’t even let you look at OnMyWay if you don’t have that selected. There is a big box in the way saying to go to your settings. I was excited about OnMyWay but now just completely disappointed.

OnMyWay states you can cash out in cash and gift cards BUT no deal available to cash out for less than 500$ and/or getting a crazy number of people to sign up through you. My husband and I each have over $100 and the only deals available are to stores we don’t shop at or basically save $40 when you spend X at this retailer. You know I really love the concept but if you’re going to be true to what you say you do, you’ve gotta get more partners who are willing to give actual deals people can use. Also in your documents for help you’ve said for months your working on a Venmo type solution, I’ve emailed for updates with no response. Disappointed.

The over all concept of OnMyWay is great but when you’ve had OnMyWay for months saved up hundreds of dollars and can’t cash them in for anything it becomes pretty useless to even have OnMyWay . Their haven’t been any cash offers in 3 months and I’m sure it’s been longer than that for others, Nor any other cash in offers for anything remotely useful. Not to mention the goals for referrals and mileage are absolutely absurd. If the developers can’t come up with a way to actually give useful rewards to the users they might as well close up shop because no one wants to use an application that’s says it will reward you and then shaft you like OnMyWay does. We get that enough in our own personal lives.

I love the concept of OnMyWay but I don’t like not being able to cash out except with their marathon deals which sell out quickly. I also don’t like reading these reviews and seeing the developers copy and past responses. If people have money available that they’ve EARNED, they should be able to cash out to PayPal or Venmo without any hassle of a ‘marathon deal’. I hope you update soon to allow for cashing out. If not, I hope someone else takes this concept and develops an app that will allow that.

I’ve emailed them over 20 times in two months and not one single reply. My step will be contacting my local news stations so other people are aware this is a total scam

While the idea of OnMyWay is amazing this isn’t the one I’d recommend. First I’ve had it for a while. I’d saved almost 150$ trying to make it to 200$ so I could get the 200$ card. Yeah, some how 50$ Of my 100$ was applied towards some clothing and jewelry company in the list of places you can use your money and it wasn’t me who did it! Second, there where never any options I found half tempting to send any of my saved money towards. Hence the wait for the 200$ card. And lastly, my sister had money saved on her OMW app and decided to use some of it and was told she had to pay 5$ shipping for the item she bought. She paid the 5$ and her item still hasn’t come.... App deleted.

Overall great app, love the incentive behind it. However I have $300 racked up right now with no way of using it. I think a lot of others that use OnMyWay would love to see a way of being able to cash out, wether it would be through PayPal or linking a bank account, or building up so much until you can cash out. Otherwise nobody will want to use this because it’s essentially fake money.

Collecting over $300 of money by driving and driving safely is great, but, the goals to redeem the cash are unreachable and impossible. I’m not sure if this is what they were doing for, but if so, I’m disappointed. They want us to be excited that we can earn money while driving, but the money is invisible since we can’t do anything with it. Referring 50 people and having them actually use OnMyWay ? Not gonna happen. Very disappointed. Cash should at least be redeemable for gas cards.

When you first download OnMyWay , it’s discouraging because they don’t have many payout options. I’ve been earning for the $250 payout until I clicked on details and found you only get that payout if 250 people sign up with your link. The “this app cash” that is displayed for you to see your earnings doesn’t equate to actual cash. You have to earn $5000 this app cash to get $500 cash. 50 miles earns you $2.50 this app cash. So you’ll be driving with the phone tracking you for years before any payout. I appreciate the concept, the main goal- keep people off their phones. However, the payout they claim isn’t there.

I agree with the person above me. If you want to stand a chance at getting one of these Marathon deals, you better watch OnMyWay like a hawk 24/7 given the rarely come out. I still think it’s brilliant and a good app though given the deals they offer. Anyways, I’d only they stuck to their word about deposits to my account.
