ONTO Cross chain Crypto Wallet Reviews

I have to delete and re-download every time ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet asks me to add the new Halo and Near wallets. When it gives me the new notification to add those wallets the “discover” tab goes away and is replaced by an “addresses” tab and I can’t access the in app apps anymore. I have to delete and re-download to get the discover tab back. And then even though I’v added the new wallets ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet keeps asking me to add the new wallets and I have to delete and re-download because the problem persists. Please fix it! Update: as of at least the first of June, there was an update. The problem I described still persists but with new notices for new wallets. Even though I’ve added them the pop up comes up to add them anyway and then also takes away my “discover” tab and changes it to an “addresses” tab. Lost one additional star.

Very crappy app. The import from Dropbox button is very spotty, does not respond to your selection. Had to hit it like 10 times before it will link to Dropbox. Then it will not let you link to Dropbox after logging in with your Dropbox credential. Total waste of time!

Used my 12 word mnemonic and it’s just all gone. Profile is there no coins

I bought some tokens from exchange and sent them to onto wallet they ( onto) changed my tokens from xrc20 to NOW xdrc20 tokens. Without no warning! Now my tokens are worthless, can’t send them, just stuck. Sent numerous emails to them? Absolutely nothing in response. STAY AWAY! They scammed me.i lost my money can’t recover.

I am unable to either create or import an existing wallet, any time I enter my wallet info I get “incorrect wallet name”. Doesn't make sense for the name to be incorrect if I am creating a new wallet. Also when I select the import wallet option, ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet crashes every time I scroll to the bottom of the single chain wallet list.

This wallet has no support! It’s scam wallet. I made a deposit that they said I can migrate. It’s not letting me migrate my GAS from Legacy to N3 and it’s not letting me send my tokens out either. I’ve emailed their support 8 times in the past 3 weeks and still haven’t heard anything back.

I want to delete ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet and create a new account. I can’t get around this it keep loading my old info from the account I’m trying to delete. Help I just want to start from scratch?

I have use onto wallet for four months and have try quite a lot function. The iOS version of the onto wallet app is not as user friendly as the google play version. Because of so many functions of the onto wallet, it is quite difficult to use sometimes. For examples, I still don’t known how to use the okex chain wallet. I know the onto wallet team want to include as many functions as possible, but it is of same importance to make the wallet app to be used easily.

Starting from the last update ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet displays network error. Please fix

Couldn’t find my staked coins until a read a Reddit feed.

This new update is more confusing.
The old versions dApp management was easier and more user friendly.

Stake and claim button disappear. Can’t claim ong or stake ont via wallet

Pretty amazing. I came for the wallet functionality, but learned more about what Ontology is doing in the ‘Decentralized ID and Data’ space. Color me impressed...

This is a perfect app.. I use to use trust but this covers everything!!!

1. Onto Wallet keeps always going forward to raise up the experience of customs. It brings us more and more functions day by day.
2. Onto Wallet often has many activities with other projects, which give users lots of airdrop, I really appreciate it
3. Onto Wallet has web plugin for chrome too, it’s so convenient
4. Onto’s support team is very patient and hard-working, I could get help from them even in midnight

So far, so good. Haven't had any issues. Only slightly loading in the dapp section is sometimes slow

The ONTO team is always improving ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet and making the experience seem-less. Would love to see an in-app ONG->ONT swap feature, instead of using third-party apps.

This is one of the best apps to store all my tokens / coins Ina a safe way and it is a decentralised apps , I’m loving very much , I’m glad to part of this onto wallet .I suggest you to people use ONTOCrosschainCryptoWallet and stay happy . Mainly it allows to maintain my assets securely that’s the good in onto wallet .
