Doesn’t work to do what it’s supposed to do

I downloaded the app and it doesn’t work up to full operation. I would send something to my significant other and it would shut down, freeze, say it didn’t go through. The app doesn’t work at all! I even tried to delete my account and the app isn’t functioning well enough to even do that.
