Just make this a warehouse outage please

CultureCloud is still somewhat glitchy, I don’t like how everything in this world has to be digitalized, and it won’t allow me to send green apron cards even though that’s what I’m supposed to use it for. Also, not to mention that this made the process more difficult to vote, and officially award partner of the quarter.

Have to use CultureCloud for Starbucks and the option to recognize partners is not limited to my home store and the store of people is on their profile. this results in coworkers with more common names being impossible to distinguish from other people with the same name from different stores. also no way to add additional information or profile pictures to help. stupid app.
Terrible integration with any company

Virtually zero integration with any companies employee list. Our company uses employee numbers, yet CultureCloud doesn’t do that. Well, it randomly does but the chances of it working is virtually zero. Than you are forced to search by name which is brilliant, if everyone had a different name. You just get an email address that shows up, yet you don’t know which one is the duplicate person, and you have no way to know.
It’s just another app that the developers never use, and the HR departments never get out into the field to see how it is used.

CultureCloud is being mandated at Starbucks, we’re required to send ecards and vote for partner of the quarter through culture cloud. From my experience so far, CultureCloud works when it feels like it, sometimes it’ll operate as intended, sometimes when you go to send a message or post it will throw and error at you and you just have to try again later. Every time you open CultureCloud you have to enter your email and log in again. Not intuitive, barely functional.

I love CultureCloud! Super easy to use, intuitive and fun. I can send ecards or award points anytime, anywhere on the go. I also like browsing the awards catalog and seeing what cool things are available.
