HappyPupper Dog Walker Tracker Reviews

I am a dog walker and was relying on HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker daily to show my clients our walk route. For the last week, HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker has been force closing during the middle of a walk, so I’m unable to determine how long we’ve been walking and lose all data! Also, on the off chance that HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker DOESN’T force close, I’m suddenly unable to zoom in or out of the map to view the entire route traveled and the map is off - kilter — showing only part of the route! These two MAJOR issues have me searching for a GPS tracking alternative.

HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker is a little cluttered but seems to work well. The glaring issue is no auto save.

More than once I’ve accidentally closed HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker before saving and lost the walk data that was just generated. Super frustrating and a blind spot the developers have overlooked.

When HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker closes it should auto save. Simple.

Why can’t you change the goals and why can’t you delete walks that didn’t log or past years? Otherwise HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker is good but some changes it could be better.

HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker is just ok to almost frustrating to use.
Users should be able to store multiple pets and choose different ones for each walk instead of having to delete to pet from HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker when you are walking a different pet.
Also HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker will just stop in the middle of a walk , very frustrating!!
If these issues are corrected it would be a 5 star

Love being able to see the stats and a record of the route I walked. These are the most important features, and they work great. However, there’s no way to adjust the default goal settings such as number of steps per day (it’s set to 9000), minutes, or distance, so I feel this is skewing my results. There is no save button on that default settings page. Also, when you edit your profile info like the photo or bio, the save button is blank! It just says OK and I assume there should be a prompt that asks if you want to save your changes.

App is good for counting steps and distance on dog walk but has a big problem with its integration with apple health. It shows i walked 1800 + miles today? Its screwing up my health history. Please fix asap. Also it would be nice if we could post our activities to facebook and instagram. Also map should allow for satellite overlay or hybrid map. Also your website listed for HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker is for Another app. Very hard to contact developer.

I downloaded HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker this afternoon due to my long time apps update problems. I cannot figure out how to track a single dogs walk at a time. Anytime I start a walk it includes all of the dogs that are saved in the walk (5 dogs) when I need to track them separately. If there is a solution to this then I’d be able to give a real review .. so far I haven’t been able to utilize HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker .

Great App, just need an update so we are able to set our goals...there is no “save” on the goal screen so it won’t save. Also, it would be nice if HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker connected with the Fitbit or other fitness apps to correlate steps, and other fitness activities.
Also, with the update we’re not supposed to lose the map of our walk but it crashes when I try to open the walk I did this morning.

I really enjoyed being at the track my walks with my dogs. However, during one walk I, unintentionally, hit the “X“ button during thewalk and canceled the walk. There was no prompt asking whether I was sure I wanted to end without saving and the data was lost. Otherwise, it’s overall a great app.

I love HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker, it is the absolute best for walking dogs. The only problem is I can’t load photos. When I click to “add” a photo - I automatically get kicked out of HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker . Help! Anyone have any ideas? Other than that you couldn’t ask for a better app with great details!

I work as a dog walker and although I usually go through Rover I do have some clients who don’t feel comfortable with it. I wanted to be able to send them their dog’s walk and was excited to find an app super similar to Rover’s walk system.

My only frustration is it won’t let me switch out which dog is going on a walk so I have to add and delete dogs depending on who I’m walking which is frustrating because I would like to keep up with the separate dog statistics.

I really enjoy the marking system to show pee/poop/dog interactions. I would love for treats or water to be added if possible but that’s just a personal preference. If there is also considerations for the ability to use other GPS systems in the future (such as google maps) I would greatly appreciate it.

This is a neat app for tracking dog walking. It does write back to the Apple Health app but I think a decimal point is off or something, it will say I walked 3200 miles. I think they meant 3.2 miles!

If they fix that or even add an Apple Watch app, that would regain that last star I took away. Great start, and I think it should be a simple fix.

I am really liking HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker! I just adopted a rescue a couple days ago so this is great to manage our activity! I like the GPS markers for bathroom business. I wish I could save changes to my goal. My little guy is 12 years old and 3 miles for a goal is too much for his little corgi toe beans, at his age. There are some errors with workout tracking ridiculous distances for walks with the Health app for iOS. I had a 20 min walk register as 700 miles. Everyone I know knows I hardly move 10 miles an hour, let alone 2100! Other than those desired fixes, HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker is fantastic!!!

I’ve been using HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker for several years years now, and like its performance, but I need to change my password, and I have not received a link after several attempts. If I cannot access my account, I will will have to delete HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker , which will be a disappointment.

I read their terms and conditions and it’s for personal use only; not for business use, therefore I couldn’t use it.

Other than that, it looks like a fun app for your own doggy.

I tried several walking apps that didn’t meet my needs. The happy pupper is perfect. It tracks my distance without charging me and I can start and stop HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker so I’m able to measure exactly what I want to measure.
Super easy too!

Very convenient allows me to be sure how long, how far, and the distance my pup is going. I appreciate the non payment. Sometimes as dog parents we really need help in certain areas and HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker IS IT!

I’ve been using HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker for about two months and it’s super convenient. However, I’ve noticed that apples health app reports my walks as workouts which is cool, but it will say I walk an obscene distance. I wish I could post a photo, but it’ll say I walked 3,000+ miles in one walk lol ! I’m pretty sure it’s the health apps issue, but it doesn’t affect happy puppers functionality. Would recommend to other dog lovers.

I like HappyPupperDogWalkerTracker , but I posted a picture in the feed for the first time. I’d like to delete it but I don’t know how. Plus, now I’m showing 1800+ notifications 🙄

It shows the actual walks, in real time and pace, the customers actually see how much we walk and different routes
