I can't download it it says can't install

Everytime I try and do sorting ceremony It says update now so in tap that and then it says muggle technology and goes back to the first screen update now

This isn't a huge deal but it's bothering me. I'm Ravenclaw and it's showing up slytherin. I re did the test twice in app and got Ravenclaw both times even with different questions. But my app still shows Slytherin. How can i fix this please?

Once I grant consent as parent for my son to join, I get the message "your child can now sign up for the harry potter fan club using the link we have sent to their e-mail address." But my child never gets that e-mail no matter how many times we try! I've confirmed the correct e-mail address. What's the fix? He's very frustrated. This shouldn't be so difficult.

every time i do the sorting ceremony it tells me error in muggle technology. Often the site gives me an error in the login of my account too!

Im trying to create the account and it took 15 attempts to get it to work long enough to get the email (almost 15 minutes) and now just trying to get through the sorting stuff wont load properly and im using the website on my computer

Every time I try to get sorted into a house it says oops muggle problems and I reset my phone too

every time i have attempted to open the app for months now it says muggle technolog or no connection - even though i have internet connection. I have removed the app from my phone and downloaded it again several times and this has not helped.

My friend can’t use the app, so while I was on a call with her to get her an account, it would not let me do the sorting ceremony but it would let me find her wand and patronus. What do I do?
