Enthusiastically created business account and posted a listing for job we have immediate need for. Got some weird bot applicant seconds after posted it /ignored. Could not edit profile it wouldn’t save any changes - so much for putting a face to our company for prospective hires. Installed the iOS app and were very stoked to start using this tool as recommended to us. All the same we were enthused to post a few more listings for other roles identified, but checking back a few hours later our initial job posting was generically rejected with no reply email to get clarity. So then tried to login again and account was already deleted/blocked. Way to go. So googled and found competitor sites with far better track records. CEO of this company is all about his self promoting blog of living the high life but surely this company will crash from his utter neglect of bottom line

Its a very simple app, but is very buggy. Has a good notification feature but does not refresh its contents inside PeoplePerHour .

Closes and crashes on me all the time. After it crashes, i wants me to sign in again.

I own a small business and regularly post projects to be completed on this platform. The mobile application allow me regularly communicate with freelancers and manage my active projects. I don’t know why this application has bad reviews in PeoplePerHour Store.

I got excellent service from using PeoplePerHour! Great freelancers willing to do their jobs in a prompt and timely fashion most of the time. Do recommend!

You can find good talent here from around the world. App worked good too. No glitches

This platform has bad UI/UX and no support. PeoplePerHour is missing so many elements to allow you to accomplish your tasks. Cannot block people who you tell no and then they badger you. When you send support a message they send a knowledge base email. No personal support to assist companies at all. We were on here for 3 days and realized it was not a good platform at all.

Lost a project due to payment not going through. The notification told me to contact customer support. Customer service still hasn’t replied after a week of sending emails.

It’s not a bad app, just way to slow to open anything which is annoying and doesn’t have video call option. It just need more time developing it.

Developers are required to fix the crashing issue. It is very annoying.

Easy to use, you get bids super fast and quick turnaround of projects. Reliable talent on the site with many reviews so it’s easy to select and get started. As a small business it’s an invaluable resource to us. Love it

Unless I’m missing something, there doesn’t seem to be any features in PeoplePerHour for freelancers to find work. This makes PeoplePerHour pretty useless for me, and the mobile site, while able to search for and bid on jobs, isn’t much better and isn’t easy to navigate. I hope that I’m just missing something or that PeoplePerHour will be improved for freelancers, because I’ve grown tired of UpWork and was hoping to find a nice alternative in this app.

Ended up w a programmer who had 300 5 star ratings. He kept submitting work without thoroughly reading my requests or checking his work for bugs. And the. Finally funds were released to him without the site being finished. Seems pretty fishy and this didn’t add up. Assuming results may vary. These were mine.

PeoplePerHour doesn’t work well on iPhone. The text isn’t visible on some pages and is cut off on buttons. I haven’t been able to experience the features of PeoplePerHour while navigating a gig yet, but I’m not confident it would be much help. I might have to use the website exclusively.

Of all the apps out there that are by big companies, the this app app has to be the worst.

Because of how terrible PeoplePerHour is, I'm no longer going to use PPH. I am a Buyer and Freelancer. There is not a single feature available for freelancers. What the hell are they trying to achieve by this?!

Poorly organized, impossible to contact customer service, confusing and unprofessional.
They charge your credit card over and over and you have no idea what are they charging you for. BEWARE !!!! Con artists and scammers. Stay away.

PPH used to have a good app where you can search for jobs in it, now with PeoplePerHour you can only manage the project awarded to you, so its not useful for people who wants to bid via PeoplePerHour or see what jobs posted.
