I’ve been looking for an alternative to my current invoicing/expense app. I use invoice2go, and I really like it, except it’s poor (in my opinion) expense management.
Freshbooks seemed to have exactly what I wanted, which is the ability to create an expense, bill the expense to an invoice, and have that expense be “tagged” directly to the invoice and/or customer. Makes tax time a lot easier.
But, I can’t stand app crashes, and this one has quite a few. That, coupled with the fact it hasn’t been updated in a year or more, makes it very risky to switch over to Freshbooks exclusively. If the company were to suddenly disappear, I’d be screwed.
I’ve read that the “web app” doesn’t have any problems. But InvoiceCreator is designed to work with an iPad, and I have a decent iPad. There shouldn’t be any issues.
