This is a huge scam. They will take your money and not give you any customer support that is professional. The people you text will belittle you and do all they can not to offer a refund. You will have to go through your credit cards company or back to get refund. Worst and most unethical service I have ever seen!!! Do NOT use this service and be aware!!

I subscribed to try and watch an NFL game that wasn’t on in my area. It took over an hour to even get the stream to start and then it failed every 45 seconds and took up to 10 minutes to restart. The whole things seems like a scam to me. I missed my first Patriots game in 20 years. I would avoid it like the plague.

We could not get 247IPTVPlayer to stay on. It constantly crashes. Now I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to cancel my subscription. Still waiting and have done everything they have asked me to do. Do not recommend at all

Bought a year subscription to watch Supercross. Last Saturday, watched most of the race on their app, with lots of buffering and having to switch links. First Saturday after subscription(last night) I go to watch the LIVE race and it’s nowhere to be found. Half hour into the race (missed 2 main events), I asked support where the race was. He replied that there were issues and it wouldn’t be broadcast when it should have been. I asked for a refund because I was within a week of my subscription. I moved to a different provider and watched the remainder of the race PLUS the races we missed, waiting for this provider to figure it out. 2 hours after the race was over I get an email saying it would be broadcast shortly. I replied: “no thanks. We’ve watched it on a different network, Id like a refund.” Now, next morning, the billing department has been arguing with me back and forth. Not very professional. Just give me my money back!!!

The games are glitchy and are rebuffering every 5 seconds, even with strong WiFi. Terrible app, don’t get it. Customer service is nonexistent, too.

I contacted them several times and it got a series of what felt like automated responses. I had to keep explaining the problem and got nowhere, then I eventually gave up.

It doesn’t appear the EPG Option is available for Apple TV. It is for my iPhone...

Without this makes it impossible to use to watch live TV.

If EPG is/was available then I’d give 247IPTVPlayer 4 stars.

I have contacted APP Support looking for an answer but their email is no longer valid. I then tried a web portal that I was able to submit my question, which appeared to be sent to them successfully.

As an FYI, the EPG option builds out a robust Program Guide that allows you to scroll your channels and see what is currently playing. Without it you have to actually to select the channel to play and try and determine what program is playing.

Liked the fact that it was free and also add free. Didn’t like the fact that there’s been no updates since installing quite some time ago, no option to add a second user, and it doesn’t refresh content correctly.

247IPTVPlayer started off well but suddenly the 24/7 shows listed alphabetically suddenly disappeared. Still trying to figure out what happened. This portion of the shows was a huge selling point for me. Hope I can get it figured out. Any suggestions?

I like 247IPTVPlayer , but I have an issue with it closing out when I try to watch certain things. I can’t reach support at all and the email they have posted says they are unable to receive Mail or that the email was incorrect. Will give 5 stars when issue is resolved

App seems good but needs some improvements. Please add channel search options. I can’t find specific channels that is not in groups.

I bought 247IPTVPlayer to save money on pay per view boxing 🥊🥊events and to watch my Pittsburgh Steelers here on the west coast, when the games aren’t available due to regional play. I’m able to do both, and more. I’m able to watch all the sporting events that’s on DZAN app through the sky sports channel. There’s every football game that’s being played on Sunday and Monday on the NFL channels. There’s every basketball game that’s being played on the NBA channels. I don’t have to pay extra for the NBA league pass, or the NFL network, NFL red zone. Any sport that you can think of 247 IPTV has a channel for it. Then there’s the other long list of cable channels that they have, including showtime for the occasional movie 🎥 just by watching one pay per view event, I’m already in the black, $33. I paid $42 for 247IPTVPlayer , and one pay per view 🥊🥊event is $75. It was well worth it for me.

I had to reset my phone & lost a lot of stuff. I’ve tried emailing & says it’s no longer available. I love 247IPTVPlayer & it works flawlessly just need the information to get it working again.

I’ve tried several IPTV apps and this one is pretty good so far. The picture clarity was very good!!! The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to search for shows in the Live TV section.

I have attempted multiple times to log back in and have been unsuccessful. I logged out due to no channels playing at all. This is the first time I have experienced any issue with 247IPTVPlayer! Although I have only had 247IPTVPlayer for 1 week only! Is there a server or software issue currently with your app?

I down loaded this today. Really like it. One huge problem. It constantly locks up. Paid for this for one month to try it, not sure if I will pay for a year with that problem
