my army bomb is official (i bought it at the metlife concert it’s ver3) and since october of 2020 it hasn’t connected to bluetooth on BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK and on weverse. it used to work in 2019 perfectly but now it doesn’t after the recent updates. im worried because i don’t know if this means the bluetooth feature won’t work at concerts or if this is just an app problem but this is clearly a common issue among many armys. i don’t know what to do cause ive restarted BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK , restarted my phone, changed the batteries to the army bomb, literally everything and it’s still not working in 2021. kinda sad because they keep updating and adding new features to BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK but my bluetooth won’t connect, it just keeps flashing blue. even when i try connecting on weverse it says “disconnected official lightstick” which makes me believe this is an app issue and not my army bomb. unsure if the people running BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK are aware of this issue but THE BLUETOOTH DOES NOT WORK ! it’s aggravating seeing the updates to BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK but no fixes for the army bombs that won’t connect 😒 please to the people running BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK fix the problem for people who have official lightsticks that won’t connect !!!!!!!! my army bomb does work by itself with the regular lights though

I love playing with the lights just for fun. Also y’all shouldn’t buy it from anywhere else but at the concerts or Weply (OFFICIAL app that bighit uses to sell merchandise from their groups) just in case it wouldn’t work. I know that the lightstick are always sold out but I suggest you wait and buy it at the official places so you won’t get ripped off and you can save money. Also if the price of the Ligjtstick is low like $10 or something it’s probably a fake or if the price his high like $70 it’s probably fake. Usually the lightsticks are around $50 just be careful not to get ripped off!!

My ARMY Bomb Ver. 3 is OFFICIAL. I bought it straight from the Bighit website in 2018. It worked perfectly fine connecting to Bluetooth both concert mode and self-mode. I used it during 2018 Oakland LY Tour and 2019 Rosebowl SY Tour and 2020 BangBangCon. I NEVER leave the batteries in because I’m scared of damage and I’ve never left it in poor conditions. I TREASURE IT SM LOL. I bought NEW batteries earlier today and already reset BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK and even tried the Weverse app but no luck!! It flickers blue but isn’t able to connect. I’m very saddened by this. It turns on well just won’t connect to Bluetooth. I hope HYBE isn’t making BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK updates JUST to accommodate the new ARMY Bomb. It would be upsetting given that many ARMYs and I paid GOOD money for it. It doesn’t seem to be just me though so I’m glad I didn’t damage it or anything, but yeah. Get it together HYBE you’re on THIN ice already buddy :/

the army bomb works great with BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK , and during concerts its a 10/10.

but with the recent update for the blackout thing, first of all it doesnt rly work, and secondly the bluetooth disconnects after around seven seconds.

i just updated BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK like five minutes ago since the old version didnt have blackout. the old V of BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK did not disconnect at all and let me use selfmode perfectly. but with the new update its not working properly at all. ive only used the army bomb SE with the new update, but i know its not the lightstick itself because it does work with an older version of BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK . i hope this will get fixed soon💜

BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK works perfectly with my army bomb, and when I went to their concert everything worked how it was supposed to. BUT!! I didn’t see anything that said I had to flip it on to “self mode” or “normal mode” (whatever it’s called) after I put it on Bluetooth mood. I was frantically trying to figure out what was going on and I ended up trying to reconnect it over five times because I didn’t know. The instructions didn’t say anything about it either. I had given up and was just going to put it on regular mode and then once I did everything was working perfectly. Maybe I’m just duMb but I thought I would share this.

I just got my army bomb a few days ago and downloaded BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK so that I can use it at the concert in two days. I’ve been trying it out and put in my seating info into the concert mode but when I connect my army bomb it says “Found your army bomb! Is its colors changing like it is on the screen?”. I can clearly see that the colors go exactly with BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK but I can’t press ‘yes’ to confirm it. Will I not be able to use my army bomb correctly at the concert? I’m kinda concerned

This is a useful app for syncing up your light stick for concerts or to sync it up even when you're not in a concert (aka. self mode) but it would be cool if you guys could sync up a certain BTS song and the light stick in self mode would change colors. For instance, I played IDOL and then the light stick would change colors on its own. It would be nice to add this option, but I'm not pushing the creators to add this and I know there's a color pad on Self Mode, but it would be cool if the light stick would change colors on its own if you play a certain song. Anyways, thanks for reading my recommendation!! :)

I just got my army bomb 2 days ago and everything is fine with it except for when it connects to bluetooth for self mode. When it connects I can only change the color for some amount of time or very slowly and if I don't it goes back to bluetooth mode where it's blinking blue. But it's still able to stay on one color...It's just when I try to change colors ”quickly”. I know if it's BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK or my army bomb. But if its my army bomb then nevermind. And sometimes when I try to look at the battery, it isn't there at times.

The last update that was applied for BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK does not allow me to connect my army bomb anymore. When I went to the concert on May 4th, everything was perfectly fine. Also when I go to Weverse and try to connect it to go along with the music videos, it doesn’t work properly anymore. It connects and then says that the light stick is disconnected. It also worked fine when I connected it when the first Bang Bang Con was streamed. I honestly don’t want to buy another army bomb at the moment, but I may have to.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my army bomb I just recently went to BTS concert at MetLife stadium and bought my army bomb wither batteries for $57 but for some reason in the concert my army bomb wouldn’t change certain colors and I thought oh they might be having some technical issues so I didn’t think much of it but when I got back to the hotel and went on self mode I noticed that my army bomb doesn’t change certain colors like red, pink, or yellow if anyone knows what’s wrong with my army bomb it would greatly be appreciated if you could help me figure it out

The bomb works perfectly when you turn on the white light, but when you connect it to BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK and attempt to change the colors around in self mode, it automatically disconnects and returns to the blinking blue light after a short amount of time. I notice this problem both when attempting to connect to Weverse music videos with my SE, and also when trying to use BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK with my SE. Very worried, saw other people had the same issue, hoping that it will not affect it’s performance in concert mode (when that time comes).

Works with Bluetooth very well! Used it for the concert and it was connected to the rest of the ARMYs bombs during the performances and I really enjoyed it. IT DOES SAY HOWEVER!!!!!!that it has medium/ low battery right when NEW batteries are inserted BUT I only used the same 3 batteries all day for the concert and it never ran out of juice and lasted for the night! I do recommend that you remove the batteries if you aren’t using them since it might rust the inside. Hoped this help :)))

I have both Army bomb version 3 and 3.5 (Map of the Soul Special Edition). I recently got my SE army bomb (from Weverse, so it’s not fake), and I’m having problems with it staying connected to the self mode. It will work for a couple seconds, then suddenly disconnect. Interestingly, this does not occur with my v.3 Army Bomb. Similarly, my SE army bomb has no problem staying connected to the Weverse MVs (the ones that can connect to the army bomb, including daechwita and mic drop). I am assuming this is a bug within BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK (and not my army bomb). Please fix this!

I have a version 3 official light stick that was purchased at the concert. I have an iPhone. I used to be able to connect to self mode, but now it no longer connects. It is flashing the blue light. I also can’t connect to Weverse mv. I used to be able to connect previous to last update. I’ve heard different stories: you have to have a 4G phone and support to iPhones has been discontinued. What’s the issue? Will you roll out another update that connects iPhones? I’m not buying a SE light stick if it’s only useable at concerts after going to the connection booth. Please address this issue.

I can’t wait to use my army bomb at the concert. But when I went to play with the colors on Self Mode, it would only change to shades of blue and green. Even when I had it set to change to red, yellow or orange it would stay green or blue. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with mine or if it’ll start working properly by the time the concert comes around.

I got my MOTS SE lightstick from Weverse global shop but when I tried to connect it to BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK, after following all of the steps, it simply did not want to connect. I also tried to connect it to weverse to the music videos and it simply did not want to connect either. The lightstick just continued to flash blue. But then when I tried connecting the lightstick to BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK and weverse, it worked flawlessly?! I want to connect it to my phone but I can’t 😭

I am sure this isn’t fake because it worked at the concert and I got it at a stand at the concert. But, I recently got a new phone and had to re-download BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK . But since it was raining at the concert, I threw out the manual and the box because it got wet. But now I have it on my lap right now and I tried connecting it but it won’t connect. It says “BLE is unavailable: Turn on BLE” so someone please explain what the heck BLE is so I can turn it on and play with all the colors on BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK once again!!! :(

Of course I wouldn’t know the exact answer, but since Apple released the new 13.4.1 update I haven’t been able to connect my Army Bomb to my iPhone or my iPad. Before the update I could, so I think BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK needs to have a little update to fix the problem. I hope this reassured some of you! Thank you. :)

When I connect the bomb to the self mode it will connect but all for a short period of time. If I go through the different colors to fast or too slow it disconnects automatically. I just got it yesterday from online so I don’t know if this is happening because it might be fake (praying it’s not). So is this a normal thing that’s happening to everyone.

Hi Army! Just a reminder to all to follow the steps to pair your Army Bomb during concert. Once successfully paired, you will need to push the button all the way up. i made the mistake of not doing this during the concert and was wondering why my Army Bomb wasnt synced the rest. Once i pushed the button up that issue was sorted. There will be Army Bomb pairing booth at the venue as well to help you!

don’t get me wrong BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK is really great except the face that when i have to check the battery for my lightstick it doesn’t properly work. it always says the lightstick is going to die even when i put in new batteries it still says the same thing. my guess it is just BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK not reading it properly. i really hope they get this fixed especially during concert tours!💜

The only reason that I rate a 1 is because I got my army bomb today, I updated BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK and I try to connect my army bomb to Bluetooth but it said “BLE unable” and I clicked the little army bomb in the top right corner and I put my army bomb next to the screen and it did not work please fix it I really want to put my army bomb on Bluetooth mode! Thank you first army bomb and I can’t put it on Bluetooth please fix it!! ok so I figured it out but now BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK does not connect my army bomb it says “searching” when my army bomb is right next to the screen

I recently just got a new iPhone and now BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK connects to my army bomb just fine. But when I attended the concert in LA, I still had a Samsung and so my army bomb wouldn't connect like everybody else's and it took away from my experience just a little bit because I was distracted by the fact that my army bomb was blue while everyone else's was red lol. so yeah, I just wish it was compatible with Samsung as well :)

I went to the MetLife concert and it was great! The army bomb made it a better experience! BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK worked fine, both concert and self mode! Absolutely love it and will use it if I go back! But if you guys are new to going to a concert, don’t turn on
your army bomb before the concert, it drains the battery and may turn off during the concert.

My friend bought me this lightstick at the concert in LA sometime in May. She sent it to me and I opened it to use the self mode just to see what it looked like and pink, red and yellow doesn’t work. It only gives me just different shades of blue AND green. My friend told me that when she used it at the concert she was also having the same problem even when it was connected during the concert 😕😕 tbh idek what to do with it now

I love that BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK is finally out but for some strange reason my Bluetooth isn’t connecting to BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK . I have my Bluetooth on, waiting to pair but it doesn’t. I kept on trying. I would turn it off and turn it back on, nothing. I deleted BTSOFFICIALLIGHTSTICK and then reinstalled it, again, nothing. Idk now.
