Not sure what all the complaints are about. I just downloaded the ap and logged into my store. Many functions I would do from the desktop are here. Review orders in detail, update order status, total open orders, etc. i have not (and probably would never) tried to upload a new product, but I don't need that on a mobile ap. I just wanted to see open orders, and have the ability to update the status. The daily/weekly/monthly sales reporting is seemingly more accurate than the desktop. Example- this weeks sales are actual calendar week, not just the last 7 days. 👍🏼
Barely provides any useful data and has no management features. There’s very little point in being able to review orders if you can’t actually do anything. Please provide a more robust and functional app.

I don’t understand why would it take a technology company such as BigCommerce sooooo long to create an app?? They know how to sell the developers’ app to you but they won’t have one for BC itself. They used to have a beautiful multifunctional app years ago but abruptly they stopped it, 3-4 years go by and here we are again. But this time with a very simple app. (But I’ll take it, beats signing into BC with a mobile browser on the road for a quick work done.) Patiently waiting for many updates to come. I’m so happy! Thank you for listening to your customers.
The old app I had was much more functional and short of being able to see the total sales it’s not very helpful. I can’t see what was sold other than a brief description with no size reference. There is also no product options to change numbers on the fly so pretty much average at best.

We’ve patiently waited YEARS for an app and this is the junk they give us? I can’t begin to understand after all this time AND an extremely long beta period how it’s this bad! The dashboard doesn’t provide the ability to see “today’s sales” only weekly and monthly. The conversion rate it shows is laughably high. Honestly, this list could go on and on but I’m going to stop myself by telling you to checkout the text at the top of the “feedback” section if you want a good laugh. Come on bigcommerce! You guys make a nice (but expensive) product besides this app! Can’t we at least get an app on par with my $10/month big cartel store?
App lets you view orders. It that’s it. Why would I ever need to view a list of my 10,000 customers? Just to scroll through for fun?? This is a pointless app. The insights show zero. The orders tab just lets you view the orders. And that’s it. I mean, I get this much info from getting copies of each order I my email. Again, this app was a pointless waste of IT resources.

I’m an avid BC user and manage multiple sites. This app just made my life easier. (Installed literally 2 minutes ago). Great job bigcommerce!
Notifications not working
The app works fine but notifications don’t work which makes the app pretty useless for me. This is the same issue I had since the first beta of this app and notified developers, yet they still release the same app with known bugs

The interface is not super intuitive but the basics are there. Good first step. Looking up specific order numbers is massively important and that is great. You can actually call customer directly from the app
This app needs ALOT of work! I was extremely excited to finally have an app for BigCommerce because it’s WAY overdue. I’m extremely disappointed in it to my surprise. It only shows me the last 6 orders and I cannot pull up any other orders at all, even when I search. I hope they fix this ASAP because it makes the app pointless
OK, but needs more functionality
The UI is nice, allows you to see an overview of current orders, and shows a couple basic analytics graphs. Unfortunately, that’s the end of its functionality. Coming from Shopify, this app is a underwhelmingly simple. With Shopify, you can do pretty much anything with the app that you can on the website. Dear developers: this is a great start but please keep going. At minimum, store owners should be able to perform basic order actions (edit, ship, change status, print invoices & packing slips). The most important piece missing, in my situation, is not being able to see product customizations chosen in orders. My store only sells a handful of items, but with hundreds of customization options. So simply seeing the product title is not enough for me to fulfill an order. What’s the point?
I was excited an e-commerce platform FINALLY got with the times and developed a mobile app for their customers. Then I was disappointed after downloading it because it really doesn’t DO anything. I need to manage my business from my phone. Neither the website or app allows that very easily
