Every time I try to open app it just freezes on home WCNC screen. I got the warning but clicked on it to see what’s going on and I get nothing but frozen screen. Been like that for months. So no use to me. Have to go to WBTV app or weather channel.

Brad Panovich is my all-time favorite meteorologist, but the WCNC weather app does not appear to have his input. I learn far more from following his Facebook postings. WCNCCharlotteWeatherApp lacks detail and is not regularly updated.

App itself is good. Would like to see notifications tell you in the actual notification which location it is for. This is helpful if you are following multiple locations weather alerts.

For some over, say 45-50 (anyone who needs reading glasses), it is the hardest of all the weather apps to read because the print blends in with the background pictures. Regarding the info, once you can read it, it’s great. I’m using others (weatherbug, iphone, weather.com, other TV stations) more just because they aren’t as stressful to try to read. Wish you’d change the background. Brad rocks.

Every once in a while when I pull up WCNCCharlotteWeatherApp, I only get the background page. The weather doesn’t load. I have to delete WCNCCharlotteWeatherApp and download it again.

A big improvement from the old app. It even has the futurecast radar on it. I love that it has lightning built into the radar. I’d recommend WCNCCharlotteWeatherApp to anyone.
