Lo ideal de esta aplicación sería poder recargar con una tarjeta, no veo ningún sentido tener que ir a un centro de pago o quiosco para recargarla, si ya voy al quiosco pago lo que tengo pagar desde ahí... no facilita en nada las cosas... cuando se pueda recargar con una tarjeta definitivamente será una aplicación de 5 estrellas...

El servicio de atención al cliente de esta aplicación es muy pobre, tardan horas en responder a tus mensajes y el servicio es muy pobre, incluido el servicio al cliente si recargas tu tarjeta y supera el límite allí diciéndote que esperes un mes antes de recuperarla, ¿qué pasa si tú y la emergencia y esa es la última? Todavía tienes que esperar un mes antes de poder recibir tu dinero si lo recibes de vuelta
