MindBodyStressRelief includes Relaxation/Mindfulness exercises to help alleviate mental anxiety, stress and improve focus. It includes exercises to help alleviate physical discomfort and also what we call Pro-actions which can improve focus and mental well-being. The exercises don’t need any special attire and can be performed at home, at work or whatever location you choose. All the exercises in are simple, practical and most of all effective. The tension relieving postural exercises are approximately 3 minutes long and the meditations are approximately 6 minutes long.
