Deceptive Practices

I’m in the free version. I wanted to try the feature that allowed me to manually add people to my database. I went through the steps to try it and got the message saying my account will be reviewed but if I want to be able to add people immediately I can upgrade. I decided to wait. About a month later, nothing so I call and email. Both times I was told I cannot add to my list unless I upgrade. No trials or anything and they are getting my info to the developers. Great..lie #1. Next I go to the website to upgrade because I’m going to need a text platform. There’s an option for $29 but a 30 day trial with no CC required. I click “sign up” the next page asks for my CC and I can’t sign up. Lie #2. I do t know if I want to pay for a service that has deceptive practices such as this.

Had the free version while building my audience. I got an email saying it hadn't been used in 90 days. Huh? Used it every week. They Deleted all my contacts. Now I gotta start over. Of course Noone is available by phone. Thanks so much.
