Your site won't accept my question, won't accept my order id, won't let me contact you, won't let me lnk my railcard or accept my expiry date. You need to attend to this. Meanwhile please answer this question> You keep sending me emails to get railcard plus and directing me to where I can deal with it. But we - my wife and I - have physical senior railcards valid to March 12 1228. Can I get railcard plus or must I wait till our physical railcards expire (both on the same date)? Can we both link our cards as we use one trainpal account.

Poor app

Every time when I quit the app, it would maximise my phone’s screen brightness which is quite irritating. I reported this issue previously and your app developer asked me to get in touch with the customer service. Seriously?
Great until they got sanctimonious

Use the app to buy most tickets. However recent transactions have been frustrating.
Just after paying, a pop up screen directs you to share how much co2 you are theoretically offsetting on social media. There is no way to access your tickets or review the purchase at that point without killing the app and relaunching.
Not everyone wants to be a sanctimonious twit on social media. Give it a break.
Going to other ticket sites in the future.

Very easy to use and amazing discounts. Only flaw that the payment card owner must be present to retrieve tickets at the time of travel vs using paypal on other site gives option not to be there as any card accepted to get the tickets.
