On the site you give ability to sign in using google or facebook account, but on the app you can’t. On the site you can’t view your login info.

Are you kidding me?
I expected to be inundated with alerts, but not a single one. I can’t even open old alerts. This app is useless. Was the purpose of this website signup and app a scam to get emails?

Hopeless!
Now we are under flood alerts, evacuation orders and mudslide alerts in LA County! This app?....... three icons alerting to Winter storms in the mountains!! What the hell??!! This useless piece of crap is dangerous!! It gives citizens who rely on it, a completely false sense of security!!
