How to fix Izilo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Izilo app on iPhone
Update Izilo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Izilo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Izilo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Izilo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Izilo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Izilo app issues:

Force Stop the Izilo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Izilo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Izilo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Izilo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Izilo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Izilo.

Fix Izilo unable to contact server/ Izilo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Izilo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Izilo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Izilo on android.
