I didn't know you can make a platform so badly thought through. Be suspicious of the reviews and the average rating.

I am unable to access and Excel Sheets from the iOS WorkDrive app. I consistently receive an error message that states there was a problem opening the file, please open the file again. It’s a vicious circle and completely non functional.

Used Zoho Workdrive about a year. No at Zoho can tell our company the difference between WorkDrive and WorkPlace. After upgrading from WorkDrive to WorkPlace (which includes WorkDrive), our company lost its custom domain we used for WorkDrice. Zoho is an example of a company which has too many products and no one knows what half of them actually do. Until they figure this out, they need to stop selling businesses products before they can actually tell the business how those products will affect their business. We would not have purchased WorkPlace (again, which included WorkDrive) had we known we’d lose the custom domain.

ZohoWorkDrive opens and runs great on the iPad for about 3.5 seconds then crashes.. Did not used to do this, but does now. Please fix! Thanks.

This does not work like all other Zoho apps. Zoho has great products, but it’s the only one of my apps that authenticates through MFA and goes to a white screen. If this is fixed I will give 4 stars more

Basically useless if you want to use in the iOS files app - all features don’t work and it just crashes constantly. I’ve been using zoho one for one year now and regularly open tickets for issues but they just can’t get it together with workdrive. Unfortunate that I have to use google drive or one drive just because they can fix the bugs.

Wanting to use this for collaboration with colleagues. When I share a file with them they can't get signed in using ZohoWorkDrive even if they create an account. The app also hijacks zoho file links so you can't access on the browser until app is deleted.

Unusable until they can get it integrated into files within iphone and ipad. At the moment, files show up as “Read Only”, so you can’t attach them or edit them within the environment.

It’s a business we have been using Zoho for 3 years. Anyone who knows Zoho, knows you will both Love it and hate it.

Zoho has so many unique innovations bundled with idiotic and asinine functionality.

So workdrive was great until about 3 months about when suddenly, they removed the “move” function, requiring you to copy and paste and delete everything.

Even more frustrating, when we contacted support to complain, they INSISTED the move function never existed.

Ok. Gotcha. The function my ENTIRE company uses was a figment of our imagination. I guess Zoho is calling their paying customers “liars”.

Their customer service needs serious help. They can be extremely obtuse to deal with.

As a standalone app it works ok. The issue is it won’t work with zoho mail on iOS when trying to attach a file from zoho work drive onto zoho mail to send. It consistently spins and spins and won’t load anything.

As we use we use ZohoWorkDrive daily we have found one feature that is frustrating.

we navigate to item or document we need buried in the folders and open it.
Most is reference material.
After reading what we need and go back to work
within moments, we come back to app and we are back at top level again.

Now we have navigate back thru folders i til we find it again.

We need to come back to that document instead of top tier folder level.

Needs more admin features, i need to be able to invite people and modify groups on the go, manage as much as possible from my phone.

I would just like to get notifications when someone uploads something to the shared folders.

Love it. Very easy on the eyes & integrated with their other apps.

Great app for centralized business documents in the cloud. But I think it still needs more improvements to be on par with competitors.

1: iOS version doesn’t seem to be updated to make it available in some of the iOS settings (adding a document as an attachment using iOS mail app doesn’t work)

2: It doesn’t have auto backup feature, similar to OneDrive or Google Drive, especially for photos.
It’s extremely cumbersome to have save pics from my device by sharing it to save it in Zoho. This is especially important for me since I take pics for clients work and need them as backup to my invoices.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for at an affordable price for a startup to grow with. Love Zoho!

Had a lot of hiccups before but they’ve improved it significantly. Kudos to them.

Before it was impossible to upload media from camera and photos, I mean IMPOSSIBLE as in it just never seems to complete.

Then suddenly, it just started working. I’m guessing they fixed it. Been happy ever since.

Zoho has a particular problem (and I’m their biggest critic). They have great imaginations and great ideas but are very poor on execution, you know the tiny details and nuances that affect functionalities and intuitiveness that make applications easy to use. It is their Achilles heel and prevalent in ALL their applications. So much so that it ends up taking DECADES to improve one application to decent functionality. Yes decades just to be on basic usability. It’s precisely why the upload functionality was defunct before.

That ZohoWorkDrive works so well now, it’s is a vast improvement. And something to celebrate.

My team and I use Zoho for communication, shared drive, and email. They’re better than google (gsuite) by a long shot. Cheaper too. I definitely recommend.

I’ve used several of the Zoho apps for years and love so many things about them, including the company’s clear commitment to listen to feedback to make improvements. Their announcement about WorkDrive happened to hit when I was having a lot of frustration with Dropbox so I subscribed to both services for a while, knowing that no company could dethrone Dropbox overnight. There are still options that I want to see (e.g. a “selective sync” option that monitors how often you access certain directories and decides if they should live on your hard drive and the cloud or only in the cloud), but every update makes WorkDrive better and better.
