Wasted 400mb this week

I have been required to download a new version of this app every time I have tried to open it.
I lost track after 3 downloads, but I know that I have had to install 3 or 4 new versions this week alone, all of which have been 100mb or more. For someone without wifi (travel frequently, don't have consistent secure access), this is a costly, and giant pain.

I am using this platform past 3 months and found to be quite useful in terms of availability of good coaches for strength , weight training and also interms of ease of understanding the profiles.

I can’t say enough good things about this app or the wonderful coaches that are on this platform. It allows me to set up a workout schedule around a busy professional schedule. I’ve made so much improvement since starting about 10 months ago. I’ve increased strength and balance through TRX and yoga. I was seeing a physical therapist for hip and foot problems when I started and quickly dropped off requiring those services with the support of Lisa and Sasha, both of whom are just incredible, positive coaches who have challenged me to be the best me I can be. That’s a great feeling! I’m thankful to have this support provided by my company and consider it a key benefit of my employment. Especially with this pandemic.
