Can’t even register your account on ConnectResident itself.

Why even have a keep me logged in button if it doesn’t do anything? It’s almost like it’s engineered to be frustrating to use.

Was told to use it for my building . Impossible to sign up.

It’s like the rest of this company, I want to vote this company out of our community

My HOA manager is saying this is just for new websites, but the description suggests something long-term. Should all First Residential HOAs have access to the service?

App gets stuck at the very first page and can’t load even the sign in page.

Don’t waste your time on ConnectResident if you are a board member trying use Board View!

Many options, but simple email to Management could not be sent. Error message, so what is the use? Frustrating.

It is difficult to log in, requesting to reset the password does not yield a reset email. The company behind it is equally inefficient. Not surprised ConnectResident is not working.

I enter my username and password. Says they don’t match. I go on a computer and get logged in right away!

ConnectResident is useless. Can’t even submit a service request. All you can do is pay your invoice. The HOA itself is useless. The inly thing they’re good at is collecting payments.

Login issues currently. The ability to contact or submit service requests never worked.

Hardly ever works. Now it says “service not available”. Need to reset password almost every time. Trash app. Developer needs to change line of work.

Don’t waste your time. App does not recognize user and password. Save yourself from undue stress and use the website instead.

First Service Residential should be ashamed for pretending to have a functioning app.

I’ve tried to sign up several times but when I search for my property, either by account # or address, my property is not found. Impossible to actually see my own information or HOA documents.

Worst mobile app!
I think it’s a way for them to make money on late fees!
Had to sign in about 10 times and reset password 10 times all for the pay app not to “click” and pay!!

Try to login-“username and password don’t match “. Requested forgot password. States password being sent to my email address. Never received. Also yesterday when login to community website- my password was changed to some bogus password no one associated with me would ever use? Firstservice apparently doesn’t want anyone to have reasonable access to the residential community!

I like ConnectResident , but the current login keyboard does not lend itself to entering an email address, which is used as the login id. Could you change the keyboard type to improve this entry? If possible,could you also consider adding other options like "Remember my Id" and "Touch ID"?
