I am writing to request a receipt for my recent hotel booking in Lyon, France, made through your website. The details of the booking are as follows: Booking Reference: 388921870 Order Reference: DYX_H_6B2REUC3RLD I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel; however, I encountered a minor issue. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide me with a receipt detailing the breakdown of the charges, including the cost per night and any associated taxes. The hotel staff kindly advised me to reach out to your team to obtain the receipt with a comprehensive breakdown of the bill. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in obtaining the required receipt for my records. In particular, I kindly request that the receipt includes the following details: Price of the room per day. Any additional charges or fees incurred during my stay. A breakdown of taxes and other applicable charges included in the bill. I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in this matter, as I need to provide the receipt to my university for reimbursement purposes.
