Very slow and full of glitches

The app is extremely slow. We have to log in every time we need the barcode to access the facility. Most of the app simply points to a regular webpage, which makes it harder to read and defeats the purpose of having an app. No pass for Apple Wallet.

It just so slow and lagging that I could not scroll down. The user experience is terrible. Whenever I tap a button, I have to wait for a few seconds for it to process without any indicators.
