10 months agoBeen using the punchlab app for 2 months and everything has been fine. Today I used it and completed a module and then the app says congratulations and the trainer has a message for you. Gets stuck. I’ve removed the app, downloaded again countless times and every time I open the app it says the same thing.

Wouldn’t recommend
If you’re looking for an app that actually teaches you fundamentals of boxing then this app isn’t for you. Only designed for maybe a “workout” the combinations you can find almost anywhere on the internet. Also never received the so called strap to monitor punches. When I emailed them that I never received it after they checked to see how I was enjoying the app. They said there was an error and they would ship it out. Never received anything and this was months ago. I just gave up. For the price tag you can find much better on the internet as I did. Hope this helps someone else save their money

I purchased my year subscription a week ago and my belt has still not shipped. It shows “packing” on the app. It takes a week to pack a simple belt?lol And the app itself has issues; sometimes nothing happens when you tap on different options. I’ve been tapping on manage subscriptions and nothing happens. To make matters worse, there’s really no option on the app to contact their support team. If I have a subscription, I should at least be able to reach out to someone for help with issues. I’ll update once I get the belt and start using the app but it’s been a rocky start already.
