Great but needs improvement

The watermark remover for video is great but it doesn't work on most of my videos. It keeps saying "does not support this file format". I hope the developer would make an improvement on this. I'd like to attach photos but I cannot.
This problem happens since AFTER I PAID for Premium. Someone please fix this.

I thought with all these good reviews it’d actually work. It does not when I try to remove the watermark from my video it just a blank screen telling me to select the watermark.

I tried to remove a watermark from an editing app but it just left a big ugly blur in the middle of my video. I wouldn’t recommend this if you want a watermark removed.
