I’m quite frustrated with the current design of your app. It lacks the sophistication and user-friendliness of established platforms like Fidelity. While I’ve noticed some improvements, it still falls short in several areas.
One of the major annoyances is the excessive pop-up notifications. They interrupt my experience when all I want is to review my account data. It's incredibly distracting and takes away from what should be a straightforward task.
Overall, I feel that significant enhancements are necessary, and they need to happen quickly. At this point, I’m not convinced of the added value your app provides, and I’m seriously considering transferring my funds to a platform that offers a more seamless user experience.

So when my broker switched from WF to being on his own this app became my means to access my account. I feel snail mail would be better. First, the number of times it has frozen or crashed exceeds anything acceptable these days. Second, the delay is realtime pricing is sometimes more than 24 hours as it was this morning. Third, sometimes Face Recognition login works and sometimes it doesn’t. Maybe this is an Apple thing, IDK. Beyond these problems the organization and presentation of data is just terrible. No reason gains/losses can not be viewed across multiple holdings at the same time rather than having to dig into each stock. I wanted to give it zeros stars but felt it deserved at least one for effort.

I have been using a money management team that has employed LPL for 3 years. In that time I have had numerous mistakes on posting of numbers in my account. I have 2 screen shots that WILDLY exaggerate the amount that was in my account. One was 4.5 times the amount I had in my account and the other was 5 times more. The weekend of Oct. 13, 2024 they did an update. On Monday those with Apple products were having trouble getting online. Not until midday on Wednesday, Oct. 16 did they put anything out that they were having problems. And then you had to call them to hear the message. Go with someone better.
