I have completely reset the mirror twice, and deleted WiseMirror from my iPhone and reinstalled WiseMirror … but cannot get the weather to display and the date/time is not correct. Only the inside temperature display is accurate. The date is reading one day ahead of the actual date.
App is running Firmware V4.6.230601
The mirror/app is easily and quickly connecting to my 2.4ghz Wi-Fi.
this app-C639 is the default name.
I’ve tried the Auto and all 4 of the servers but none are providing any weather info.

Any help? Or ideas?

I’ve been trying to figure this thing off and on for months. I’ll start setting it up and the mirror goes to pair, nothing happens and it goes back to scan. I guess it’s a good thing I can look out the window and see the weather. Just hate when things don’t work!

Depends on 2.4 internet in a 5G world. If you don’t have a 2.4 connection, the mirror will not connect to the Internet.

This product seems more like a weekend hackathon than a commercial grade app.

Mirror displays incorrect time and weather. Need’s software update ASAP! Mirror doesn’t connect to app with SCAN method. this app-xxxx WIFI doesn’t show up when prompting to setup.

I set up the mirror and the time was wrong, so I deleted the mirror from WiseMirror and tried to program it again. Now it won’t let me scan and the time is still wrong.

Hi I can’t connect my mirror for someone reason so I need help on the mirror it says join and a flashing wifi signal but every time I try to connect it using WiseMirror it says not found it something went wrong if I could get a response that would be great thank you!

Hello, this week suddenly my weather data is no longer showing and the time is incorrect for my time zone. I downloaded the updated App on 6/2 and reset the mirror but it is still the same.

Update 6/7- Thanks so much for responding!! The updated App and Firmware fixed the data!!!
