Since last thursday I can't sent any email from my Iphone. If I close down Surfshark, I can sent email as usual..... Can you help me out?

I just paid for the vpn and the screen is frozen when I login on Chrome. I have tried logging out and back in with the same problem.

To resolve Surfshark VPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Surfshark VPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » Surfshark VPN » click [Force Stop]

Clear Surfshark VPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Surfshark VPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Surfshark VPN.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Surfshark VPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Surfshark VPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Surfshark VPN
