Have been using the this app scale and app for close to a year. Recently I have constantly had difficulty syncing. The scale registers weight but the Bluetooth connection disappears. Now only syncs 25% of the time. Got so bad that I uninstalled and reinstalled arboleaf today and now it is frozen. An this app scale without a properly functioning app is no better than a cheapo dumb scale. this app fix arboleaf . You are not serving your customers properly.

arboleaf works fine and the syncing is very easy.
However, the major negative issue is the display graph. It’s one of the most simple fixes I hope they get it right.
arboleaf assumes you measure your weight everyday, and the date is just a label and has no actual value.
Meaning if you display the last week, you will get the last 7 readings you measured. and last month display the last 30 readings and so on.
This is an very easy fix and shouldn’t still an issue. I hope they fix it in future updates

arboleaf keeps giving me the issue about network. I already downloaded arboleaf on two diff iPhones. When trying to register for a new account arboleaf fails to move forward.
The scale seems to be accurate as far as weight measurement goes as it does display my weight.
But without arboleaf working it’s even at its current $29 price tag is an overpriced and much hyped paperweight.

I bought this scale a while ago . Initially we had very hard time, we finally set up for family member using independently. Not sure what changed in arboleaf , when we use the scale , only one account can log in and all others are gone, along with years of history data. This is really really bad.

arboleaf is not user friendly. So when I weigh, the number shows up and all the other info. If I want to see the info from the previous weight, I cannot simply swipe to the day before. You have to go into the graph which is very small and difficult to see. I don’t even have bad eyes. Then, that is only the graph of your weight, you have to select each item like fat%, muscle weight, etc and look at individual graphs for them.
It also has an annoying chime it plays when it registers your weight. It’s a very discouraging sound like you just lost a carnival game. They could’ve used something uplifting

must open and close app alot to get it to work. once you set up account there is no way to change settings like athletic. on the history page there are several hidden icons at the top and bottom of page to see the weight measurement for each day. no instructions for app with the scale. no tech support for app. i emailed and they sent back to call a phone number. if you're willing to deal with lots of frustration figuring it out the first couple of days, it is just ok. 2 stars for arboleaf.

arboleaf shows my bones as being only 7.5 pounds which is vastly different than what the average male skeleton weighs at 27.5 pounds. It seems like the developers should start with generally accepted averages instead of however they come up with this number which throws off all of the other numbers and skews things towards overweight and obesity with high fat numbers. Not sure if they see this as motivation but it makes me doubt all of the numbers other than my actual weight.

Why do the graph lines arc when they are connecting equal data points? It makes it very hard to read the graphs accurately. For example, if you weigh 142.5 three days in a row, instead of a straight line connecting these three points, they are connected by a line that literally curves up and down. Why?

I like arboleaf overall. It’s pretty simple and gets the job done. The scale works perfectly every time as is quick which I appreciate.
My biggest irritation is always seeing a yellow “Overweight” alert under both the Weight and BMI measurements on the screen every day. I weight train regularly with low body fat so BMI is highly inaccurate as a measure of my health. arboleaf can tell I’m muscular but doesn’t disable the “Overweight” badges. Regardless, I don’t see how negative reinforcement of being told you’re overweight every day would be helpful to someone who was trying to reach a healthier body composition.

Overall, arboleaf works fine and synchronizes really well between my phone and scale. A few wish items:
1. I wish there was a selection between athlete and heavy. The heavy overstates my % bodyfat by about 5% vs calipers (by a professional). The Athlete understates my bodyfat by almost exactly the same %.
2. The fonts used are very small. Would be nice if they were about 2x bigger.

Overall I like the look of arboleaf and the scale it’s self is nice. But it doesn’t sync to the Apple Health app until you quit arboleaf or refresh it several times. The scale I’m replacing syncs right away. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Works well with scale, sometimes syncing is a little delayed, but largely - good. I do wish they updated how scales and graphs are displayed - why are there unnecessary slopes between plots? Hard to get an accurate look at progress

Thanks for the work put into arboleaf. Has done a good job keeping track of measurements, but would like to see:
- ability to rotate graphs
- variable graph timeline, not just month, week, year
- Needs y axis range like you would normally expect to see on a graph. This should by default extend from highest weight to goal weight. Much more useful to have consistent scale.
- drop the curved lines - useless and confusing.
- at least add csv export so proper graphing can be done outside of app.

arboleaf looks nice and it was easy to set up. You can change the color theme of arboleaf . Everything is pretty straight forward. I’m not able to delete a user though for some reason so that was a bit frustrating.

Wish I could select other users to store their data rather than the options being to either add it to my user account or delete it, my husband lost weeks of data because of this

I rarely leave reviews for apps but Felt compelled to leave one for arboleaf. It’s great. It really unlocks the power of the scale and makes tracking my progress a breeze. Great product.

Setup was a breeze. App easily connected to the scale, and results will deliver in seconds to your phone. If you’re trying to get your health back on track like myself, this is a must! Details are very accurate to my measurements in my doctors office.

I’ve been tracking my weight for 3 years with arboleaf and the data it gives you is so interesting…when did you gain/lose. Please never go away, this app!
by Denversmile
The scale and arboleaf work well in combination. It is apparent from some older reviews that this was not always the case, but after the initial setup I found that it has paired well. I’m pleased with the scale and app.
by Stacieshupe
I love everything about arboleaf except the sound it makes when you are done weighing. There are no other sound choices, like a happy sound if you lost weight or something. Other than that it works great.
by Jodie51
Since the new update I can track my husband’s history anymore on my app. It only lets you do one user. I think you have to pay now to unlock their history. Very uncool.

This scale and App works well. Just one input for the developers - Make the graph readout font a larger so that it’s easier to read.
