How to fix Peachy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Peachy app on iPhone
Update Peachy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Peachy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Peachy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Peachy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Peachy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Peachy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Peachy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Peachy » click [Force Stop]

Update Peachy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Peachy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Peachy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Peachy.

Fix Peachy unable to contact server/ Peachy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Peachy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Peachy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Peachy
