I have tried to 'connect to the cloud' and I am 100% certain I have the right device ID and the right security key - I am using the right case (all caps) in device ID but it tells me one of the two is not correct - I am unable to create my account - how can I fix this?
How to find the device ID. I have tried every combination of letters and numbers on the back of the device,I tried FCC ID, Model number, S/N, Security number and FC ID. None work.
