Market Basket Grocery Reviews

For anyone trying to use MarketBasketGrocery it only works for market baskets in Texas and Louisiana!!! If you are in New England, this is not the same market basket that we all know and love (Demoulas) because they only have locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine! If you hear about a market basket anywhere outside of New England it is a completely different company and MarketBasketGrocery will not help cause Demoulas supermarkets does not have an app.

I would love to use MarketBasketGrocery to get my groceries instead of the OurGroceries App., but the Market Basket App doesn’t work. If try to use with in house wifi, your finished shopping before it locates the item your looking for. Couldn’t put anything on the shopping list, or in the cart, kept kicking out. I’ve tried multiple times, but this doesn’t help save any time.
Also, can’t copy coupon items to the list, have to type in manually. Not user friendly.

MarketBasketGrocery is awful it doesn’t even work for Massachusetts, you open MarketBasketGrocery and doesn’t let you do any thing only address you see is from La, star market but you still can’t open MarketBasketGrocery what’s the use of it. I’ll stick with my stop and shop and Star Market apps and Bjs no problem with them and always been able to get good deals. Thought I would give this a tried what I mistake I was gonna make... changed my mind.

I also couldn’t get MarketBasketGrocery to load it would freeze trying to use it for digital coupons so frustrated I deleted it just give me the sale price got to be easier

MarketBasketGrocery is great to check points, any sails they are having and coupons. That is were it needs some work. The coupons, It will be cool to look at just the food/produce section, meats, etc...
other then that it’s great only 3 stars because it’s a headache looking there 9-15 maybe more section of coupons

Literally I try to create an account I didn’t even let me
I tried to put in my preferred market basket and is it just keeps loading and buffering and it just randomly puts a market basket from more than a hundred miles away
Literally probably the worst app I’ve ever used
And lastly when I try to write in something g for my list in that app it just starts buffering it Dose t even show me the item i want to purchase

MarketBasketGrocery is so frustrating! It takes forever to clip digital coupons & every time you download one it takes you all the way back to the beginning. You can’t even search you have to go through the whole list which takes forever. Makes me not even bother with it or shop there if I can’t get the digital coupon prices. They’re trying to be like Kroger but so far behind!!!

Probably my worst experience with an app. I tried creating an account but the page doesn’t load. I tried putting in my address to pick my preferred market basket location but MarketBasketGrocery is still buffering and searching and stuck on that screen. I did not get to use MarketBasketGrocery . MarketBasketGrocery is always in the process of loading and buffering and it’s impossible to do anything and it’s frustrating.

Just downloaded MarketBasketGrocery & the first option when opening it was to choose a store location. That was impossible. No matter what address or location information I added it always gave TX locations. Also MarketBasketGrocery wouldn’t let me get out selecting a location & use other functions of MarketBasketGrocery , like the grocery store list.

I downloaded MarketBasketGrocery , registered, clipped a digital coupon, and used it, all while inside the store. I had zero problems, aside from having to scroll sideways on my iPhone X. Maybe MarketBasketGrocery is just not optimized for it.

I really hope they upgrade MarketBasketGrocery . It doesn’t even pay sometimes to clip coupons bc it takes so long to load and flip through pages... I thought it was my WiFi but from other reviews it’s clearly MarketBasketGrocery . Hope they get it sorted soon. I come back and forth to see if anything changed... nothing yet!

I just installed MarketBasketGrocery and was excited to immediately use it. Unfortunately, MarketBasketGrocery won’t load. I get an error that there is no internet service which is not correct. I have internet service. I’m writing and posting this review over my internet service. 🤦‍♀️

Hey, app developer! Are you out there? MarketBasketGrocery needs help. It won’t allow location other than LA stores and I’m only one of several identical complaints. Guess I’ll keep shopping Hannafords. Their app works and saves money. If Market Basket paid for MarketBasketGrocery, they should be angry!

When opening MarketBasketGrocery it start with the store locator for Texas and Louisiana. Entering your search information does nothing. You are stuck on the page and can not close it out even to check out MarketBasketGrocery . Don’t waist your time.

MarketBasketGrocery only shows stores that are over 100 miles away from where I am and when I try to search the address of the nearest one it still shows the ones that are ove 100 miles away. What is going on with MarketBasketGrocery? Im not traveling that far to get 1 or 2 things.

Unable to locate local store. Tried everything.
Thought after reading reviews from months ago the problem would be fixed by now. It isn’t.

Seriously MarketBasketGrocery is unusable…. It won’t even accept an address when entered. I live in MA and it keeps suggesting locations in LA! I can’t even get past that screen to use the rest of MarketBasketGrocery ! This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. Literally cannot use it.

I can’t get past the ‘find your store’ screen to choose my Massachusetts store. It only shows TX and LA stores. The search function does not work. This is a useless app, I don’t know how it is even allowed in MarketBasketGrocery store, don’t bother even trying it.

App only allows picking stores from Louisiana and Texas, and won’t advance past these store choices. They obviously can’t find someone to make a working app. It didn’t take long to delete MarketBasketGrocery.

MarketBasketGrocery is horrible. Clipping coupons takes forever and takes you back to the first screen. The new update logged me out and I can’t log back in. Only way to recover is to go into store. How has time for that. Not a user friendly app.
