Terrible price& service and not worth it

Bad experience ever! Expensive price and they say they deliver the car to your place but unfortunately they don’t! all of that are lies, even customer service had no idea about many questions I asked! Clearly unprofessional and not honest! Try Key Car rental their application much easier and cheaper! Finally, about to delete this app.
This line just to respond to your comment! First of all, clearly you have no idea about what’s going or you playing fool and pretend your company is the best! As I told you I called customer service number and they had no idea and informed me they don’t deliver the car to my place, even though no need to contact you through the email because I already raised compliant through two and when they asked about the reason and because I was honest about my situation they blocked me haha! What a shameful way to respond and treat instead of helping out. Anyway worst &disgusting experience ever and one day everyone going to know about this

I called the carwah company for the past 3 hrs and there was no response what so ever from the company... I couldn’t proceed with the location for the car due to the unknown car company. My entire time was wasted and i was supposed to be spending my trip as planned .. all my plans were rescheduled due to the inconvenience that was caused bu carwah totally unprofessional company and unethical cs employee’s. Either you abide by the buisness model & features on the app or please don’t waist other peoples time by spending time effort and money in trusting this bullshitt
