I see a lot of people on InmateSalesView talking bad about it. I’ll admit I was until I called customer service which they should’ve done and known that you have to schedule a visit before u can even see them on video duhh. I’m so excited Monday I get to talk to my home boy!!!! So next time ppl don’t talk trash about an app that you didn’t even call their number to see what’s wrong like I just did....smh slow ppl lol

I’ve scheduled 3 video visitations and each one didn’t connect even though it showed the person was online and ready for the call. In-person video visitation isn’t allowed at this time so I am extremely frustrated that I cannot communicate with my loved one. InmateSalesView needs improvements on user friendliness and maybe a “what to expect” page because this can be uncharted territory for a lot of users. At this point I’d rather there be the option to schedule a call without video.

Mine is saying it needs updated and takes me to where it says open I open it and it says it needs updated again is it because I’m on my cellular data and need to be on WiFi ? Because when I use WiFi I think it works?

I have had to call customer service and got nowhere. I just put money in my account for my mother to call me regarding her medications because they are a need basis. I keep getting told she is offline when I call the jail she is at and make sure she is ready, she is signed in and waiting for me to call her. What is going on here? Why is the video not going through?

I have tried for 2 days to get my video visit to work and I’ve gotten nothing. And of course can’t get any help until Monday morning. So all of his brothers missed seeing him. Let’s me log into inmate sales just fine but won’t let me log into InmateSalesView for the visit. Extremely unsatisfied and extremely unhappy right now.

When either one if online it should ring in and let the other person know and it doesn’t. Every time I click on InmateSalesView it takes me to InmateSalesView Store to open it. It’s updated so do t k is why it’s doing it.

Every time I try to sign in it says “cannot read prop” I’ve tried double and triple checking that all of my log in information is correct I’ve even changed my password several times and yet still “cannot read prop” is all I got ! Save yourself the headache and do not download InmateSalesView!

Keeps telling me to update! I already did! Pop up in center of app says update now! I click it, goes to App Store, where I’m already updated, click open.. back to app.. pop up still there. Missed two days of calls from him because this is crap!!!

I updated InmateSalesView and it wouldn’t let me back into InmateSalesView and kept telling me I needed to update it when there wasn’t another update. Missed my visit because of it!

Scheduling was easy. You and the inmate have to be online at the time.

They make their website not work and app not work so u have to do it over the phone and pay an additional fee absolutely terrible service

It keeps telling me to update the version and I have updated to the most recent version. Need to get it straight before tomorrow’s visit because I used my tablet today and it was a wasted 20 min because it didn’t have a great signal.

Update did not work messed up my visit. No phone support call back Monday. This product is terrible InmateSalesView worked great and now it doesn’t. Only used twice and keeps asking for updates and kicks you out.

Keeps taking me to App Store to update when I did that last night.

Spent 50 and has not worked one time or even attempted but that’s what I get being nice to others while they walk all over me use me and steal my money!

InmateSalesView is literal garbage. I’ve reset passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled, spoken to customer service. Save yourself the trouble and use your mobile browser or desktop instead

This is a useless app and website in my opinion. It will not work at all! It is so not a user friendly website or app.. InmateSalesView you cannot even do anything on! If I could it would be 0 stars!

Website always dependable hope this gets fixed it’d be a perfect site for the incarcerated!!

Keeps telling me to update it & and when I click on update it takes me to it open that app and it’s saying update again it’s getting annoying people are missing calls

keeps saying there is a new update when there isnt, won't allow me to use InmateSalesView , just redirects me to InmateSalesView store. I even deleted it and redownloaded it and it still won't let me use it. very frustrating!!!!!
