I have a catapult ONE, I logged out of the registered account, I canceled the account. I gave the pod to my son and he doesn't want to pair it because someone is logged in on it. Can you help me how to reset pod so he can use it?

How to fix Catapult One app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Catapult One app on iPhone
Update Catapult One app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Catapult One iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Catapult One on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Catapult One network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Catapult One Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Catapult One not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Catapult One App
1. On android, goto Settings » Catapult One » click [Force Stop]

Update Catapult One to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Catapult One App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Catapult One » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Catapult One.

Fix Catapult One unable to contact server/ Catapult One internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Catapult One » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Catapult One » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Catapult One
